If I had apt buildings I doubt Id be good at getting tenants to pay with sex. Having a hard enough time to secure consistent OTC with girls I got ITC from at the moment. But that's a story for another day.....

When I was about 30 I had a condo I rented. I had two girls from a chiropractic school look to rent it. One of them actually suggested she giving me "massages" as a way to reduce the rent. She was pressing her big tits against my arm as she made the offer. Roommate was an 8 but she was a 5. Big head prevailed in that decision. If the 8 made the offer, probably could have still resisted the temptation.

I didn't think of it at the time, but I should have said I would knock $20 off the rent!

If there are any landlords on here, I'd like to know if when you go to a club and buy dances/VIP from a stripper tenant, do you simply deduct the cost from their monthly rent?

Not sure that's accurate. Section 8 tenant's co-pay tends to be low based on Section 8 criteria (10% of monthly gross income, or 30% of adjusted gross, etc.) I've only seen a few Section 8 tenant leases and vouchers, but on the ones I've seen the the copay ranged $100 to $200. But I suppose even that is high enough for some landlord-tenant sex barter
