Depends on the competition. If Bernie gets the Dem nomination, Trump will win in a landslide. If Biden or Bloomberg get it, then the election will be close. I actually think Trump wins either way. But November is a long time away.

Two thumbs up gSteph. Very wise not to carry any debt into retirement. That is one monthly expensive not to have to worry about.
Because my interest rate is so low, I keep using available cash to make additional investments and buy additional properties. But I do have a vision not too long into the future of getting my totally paid off.

Depends. I can go to a club and have a good time either way. Now I act differently when I'm with a group vs when I'm by myself. Go to a club with some friends, drinking beers, watching sports, talking trash, tipping one dollar bills on stage is fun. Its a party like atmosphere. Now if I go to the club by myself, I"m more into "monger" mode. Finding that right girl to take to VIP. Only a few of my friends know " monger" me !

I will guarantee you that it will not be repealed in my lifetime. Regulated ? Probably needs to be. I think everyone deserves the right to be able to protect themselves. Does everyone have the right to have machine guns ? Maybe not.

Not for strippers. But I'm thinking that doing for Sugar Babes might be a good idea for me. Right now, I have about 4 that I am seeing. Keeping track of which one eats what, which one drinks and which one doesn't . Each girl wants to get that feeling that they are getting close to me. I don't want to be asking the same questions each time or worse, describing past dates about a different girl.

Subra is right. Just say hi but mention something in their profile. Humor almost always works. Also, have some Private Photos on your profile. They can show some interest by simply asking to see those. But if I got a respond like you did " get to the fucking part already ". That would be a hard pass on my part.
