I would group escorts and massage parlor gals with strippers. I think part of the appeal is they are accessible and approachable. If you're staying multiple days, I'd recommend buying the VIP card for $60 and staying at Hotel Cascadas (you get a room discount, one free beer and a half-off lap dance per night). And it saves you from paying the $23 half-hour room fee for each arriba. Also safer not having to walk to another hotel late at night, and it's fast and convenient being able to go up to your room for a break when you need it.
