I've never experienced or witnessed any of the things here that you mentioned. It's mostly a place where guys gather to drink 22 oz. beers, eat Buffalo wings and watch sports. In fact, I've noticed very few women here in all my trips to this place. Anybody who says otherwise must be spreading false rumors.
