I went to Hong Kong in TJ a handful of times a few months ago. I live in San Diego and crossing the border at PedEast was easy (I had to get a tourist visa after saying I was going to Zona Norte ~$30). I think you can lie and say you're going down for business or a dentist appointment or something to save yourself $30, but I'm kind of a pussy and don't trust myself to pull off that lie at the border. I walked past all of the touristy taxis to the end of the walk way and asked for a taxi to Hong Kong ($5).

I walked right in after being patted down by security: no cover charge. I have been on a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and every day was amazing. I'd estimate about 100 girls working, and 90% of them a 9 or better. Lots of 10s. Way more chicas than mongers if I were to guess, probably something like 2:1 ratio. If you want to fuck a 10, come to HK, walk right up to her and tell her and it will happen.

Every girl I talked to was charging $100, and none of my negotiation attempts were successful, but I'm white and my Spanish is horrible. I've heard of Asians getting charged more, and fluent Spanish speakers getting it in for less.
