@kcjayhawk It's nothing new. We're used to it. Yet, every once in a while you find a dancer that is really into couples. That's the best. So glad you enjoyed yourselves.

Take her to the club. Pay for a booth or just sit towards the back. We've found that most of the time the strippers will avoid you. If she sees someone she likes, let her approach the girl. It's a lot of fun. Enjoy!!

Smells like fear, to me. If you're not the confident woman you profess to be and in the relationship you desire, then you should be afraid. Of course, my wife thinks that the author is an idiot. She's the one who takes me to the SC.

Interesting topic! As far as prices going up, that's economics. If you've been paying one price for 15 years without an increase, then, good for you!!! Has your pay rate increased during 15 years? I know mine has. I'm not trying to rip on you, quite the opposite. I would love for the cost of goods to stay the same as my income increases, but that's not how we work. Tipping is a different animal. From what I understand, most strippers are independent contractors, running their own business, renting space/time from the SC. For that privilege they pay a fee. They tip-out whoever else they have agreed to tip-out (Im assuming) as part of their agreement with the SC. A customer tipping is an expression of gratitude. It can also be relative to the value of services received. Typically, business owners do not receive tips (think the owner of a hair salon cutting your hair).

In Detroit we actually go to the SC for the food (and the show). Quality is pretty darn good and prices are great. Penthouse / Coliseum / Players the food hasn't disappointed.

The wife and I are constantly looking for the same. Honestly, it's hit and miss at the more "upscale" places we've gone. The best we went to was Lido in NYC, but we've had success and failure with multiple visits to clubs, as well. Good luck and enjoy!

I think there's another aspect to the fake name that hasn't been elaborated upon. It's part of the fantasy. It's not feeling like the PL and "reinventing" yourself for the moment. Enjoy!

The wife and I went to the Lido Club last summer. It was the only club we went to in NYC and it was a great experience. You have to request membership through an e-mail to be able to attend, so plan ahead if this is of interest. Good luck, Have fun!

I didn't start going to clubs till i got (re)married. The ex would have never accepted me going alone. My new wife won't let me go without her.

Not that I've conducted any scientific studies relating to the correlation between dancer movement through the club and customer satisfaction, but I couldn't agree with you more. I read a lot of guys talking about going up to the girls and getting what you want. Sometimes, I like a little attention, along with the show.

I love the math juice. If you're getting 10% to 20% return on your investments, we need to talk!!!

Thanks seaboardrr for your extensive comments. Much appreciated! We are taking your suggestions to heart and are going to try some more clubs on typically quieter nights, just to test them out. Try an appetizer, decide whether to order the meal. I get it. I am fortunate to have a wife who has a keen awareness of her surroundings. She typically gets carried away, but under her terms. We are very apprehensive to go to swingers parties, as the stereotypical lifestyle does not suit us. Then again, i never thought we would be going to the SC together, either. Thanks again!

Thank you all for your comments. We have noticed that many of the dancers that approach us are a ton of fun. Many times my wife will approach a dancer we like, as well I am very fortunate to have a confident partner (as opposed to a bag full of cocaine). We will continue our adventures in the future. So it's the customer's responsibility to keep the club safe? Really? Yeah, it was busy, I agree with you there. But if what you say is true, why bother having any employees other than strippers and servers? A reputable club should offer a safe experience. So the bouncer was doing the manager's job, again, RED FLAG. Are you sure you want to work there? Sounds sketchy to me.

Ah ha, so it is a conspiracy. (We do tip girls that we like, onstage.)

Hey Electroman, Thanks for the thought, but if it only cost $120 for a BBBJ from the wife, it'd be cheap! BTW, the BBBJ from the wife was not while at the club).

I'm a bit surprised by this review. The last time we were there, our experience was very different. The waitresses were not topless, the dancers removed their tops, but definitely not naked (at least not at a table dance). We're glad you enjoyed your first time.
