Meeting at a nice hotel should be relatively safe. The guys name, license plate number, contact info, and credit card info are all on file. Probably even some cameras in the lobby. Okay, maybe frivolous isn't the right word but you knew what i meant. Yes, the owners are often too stupid to win these claims but the dancers are by no means innocent victims.

Lawsuits like this are interesting. I feel it is dishonest for the dancers to choose to work at a place and then sue it years later. I'd like to see some of these clubs counter-sue the dancers for income tax evasion and filing false claims. They could do that with accurate dance counts and a little record keeping. Girls work at clubs because they can make more money their than minimum wage. Although it is possible to make under, we have all hear the stories of dancers averaging several hundred dollars per night. Frivolous lawsuits drive up prices for everyone.

Dougster, why get used to it? Why not fight it? I don't want a chip in my body. Obamacare is a step down that road. That guy is all for stepping on your rights and for thinking government knows more than you do. Anyone who thinks bigger government is smarter and more efficient either has his head up his ass, has never worked for the government, or both. I vote for any party that gives citizens more freedoms and is fiscally responsible.

Too true TiredTravelor. I too am sick of working hard and long hours so that some deadbeats can outbreed and ultimately outvote me with their sheer numbers and desire to tax my income in the name of social conscience.

You want an example of the tax code being unfair? Take a lower middle class family just getting by with a couple kids and two income at $15/hr in a nice home. They pay a butt-load in income taxes property taxes etc. Some other family consists of a single mom smoking crack and having babies with every guy who lives with her for a couple months. Since she is single and has many dependents she gets money every month for free while not working. Free housing. Free phone. Free utilities. Free healthcare. Free food. Free daycare. Etc. She doesn't work but the responsible family with two low paying jobs pay taxes and she gets money and lives with only a slightly less standard of living. Not fair!

Check out my name, I'm biased towards casinos. Contrary to the government's definition, you can make money at cards. It is a game of skill and isn't completely luck. Poker and card counting in blackjack aside, one would be wise to avoid casinos. The only gambling I do in Vegas casinos that isn't poker is geared towards finding those beautiful ladies that come out at night to work the casinos in their own intimate way!
