Since you've been clubbing for 12 years, you probably pretty much know the ropes of SCing.
One of the things I've learned from this site is that strip clubs (and what you can get away with) vary wildly from one city/area to the next.
Well, I learned that, and that every time you log on to this site, Juice is probably half of the people commenting under different ids.

^^^ In that situation, the CPA or accountant is probably telling them to not show a profit (I.e. Break even) so that it minimizes the tax hit.
However, if you ever want to get a loan from a bank in the future, if your comapany's financial iare always showing "breaking even" nobody will be beating down your door to lend you money.

I used golf outings as my excuse.
While you can't use that excuse at night, it works good for day shift. Especially in the summer when the days are longer. I could routinely get to stay out until at least 9pm in the summer after work. Luckily, I don't have to come up with any alibis anymore now that I'm divorced. :)

The only time I have tipped the door girl is if it's so cold out I have to wear a coat in and I have to check my coat.
Most times if it's not too bad out, I just left my coat in the car. But there have been rare occasions that it's been so cold out you have to wear your coat in. So she gets a tip for keeping the coat and then giving it back to me when I leave.

In Michigan, the clubs start getting busier in the fall to early winter months.
Business picks up in September (summer family vacations are over, wives are preoccupied with kids going back to school, etc) and they stay busy through Oct, Nov, Dec, i.e. the Christmas and New Years holidays.
Business really drops off in January and February (people are paying off Christmas bills, the weather can be brutal etc). Spring months can be a little better, but it drops off again in the summer as people are doing things outside and don't want to be inside a dark club with no windows in it.

We have huge freeze parties at strip clubs in Detroit every day in January and February.
