I visit Austin once or twice a year and always hit XTC at least once. It has lots of lovely Latinas and a sprinkling of white and black girls. I've found that mileage on $10 lap dances around the sides of the room and $20 dances in the VIP room is quite high. I think I've had two CBJs in the VIP room and two lapgasms, one of which was in the VIP room, in my four visits.
Chicas Bonitas is good for a brief visit but the quality of the dancers is not nearly as high as at XTC. If I had time for only one of the two, I would certainly choose XTC.
Don't forget about the Landing Strip, which also has lots of Latinas and features $5 lappers on Tuesdays! I've also enjoyed a couple of CBJs in the VIP "room" (more like curtained area) and a few lapgasms in the main room here.

I tend to say Yes to the first girl who asks, which shows that I admire her effort and sends the signal that I'm there to play. If you turn down too many girls early on, you run the risk of getting no one to dance for you.

I much prefer rock to either country or hip-hop, but the music has little impact on whom I choose to get dances with. Actually, most of the music played at my regular clubs is rock or R & B, anyway -- not much country and very little hip-hop. Also, in my experience dancers *don't* choose their own music, though I've noticed that good DJs often tailor the music to the girl, playing Florida Georgia Line for a country girl, Evanescence for an emo girl, etc.

Serious answer: My sweet spot is a "middle-brow" club -- neither posh nor too divey -- where the "front room" (I can't believe I'm quoting that tool) is nice and the VIP room is lots of fun. Club Rio in Indy hits that sweet spot.

The last 3 responses brought a smile to my face, especially Subraman's. I hadn't thought about it that way, but my new CF has both the seniority to do whatever she wants and a remarkably non-jaded attitude. Thank you for your kind words, 4got! I've always been quite upfront about my fondness for lapgasms and my dislike of the term LDK. A lot of the studs on this board at least *claim* to be the opposite, eschewing the activity as beneath them ("I haven't cum in my pants since I was 15!") but enjoying the acronym.

I have never worn jeans to a strip club and never will. I have never met a dancer who likes blue jeans on customers. They all claim to *love* the soft pants or shorts that I wear. However, I almost never go commando, because I do still sometimes wear a condom (in non-extras clubs) and need something to hold it in place. In extras clubs with private VIP rooms, it doesn't much matter what kind of pants I wear because they're going to come off anyway!

I plan my SC visits. I usually know at the beginning of the month which clubs I'm going to visit on which days that month! Almost all of the clubs I visit are 1-2 hours away, too far for spontaneity.

I've always considered myself an introvert, meaning not that I'm shy -- I can speak in front of groups and converse with anyone -- but rather that I don't at all feed off the energy of others. Unless I'm at a strip club, I'm happiest in a movie theater or at home reading a book. However, I feel so much at home in strip clubs, especially at my regular hangouts, that they bring out the latent extrovert in me. Strippers tend to think that I'm wittier and more outgoing than I actually am. I also find that the increased confidence that I get in the club carries over into real life.

I can only remember being asked this question once.
