I vote for either Miami or Ft Lauderdale. The clubs are great, and so is the weather. I think you're wrong to look for a city where the clubs are near the airport. Uber is cheap, often half the price of a taxi, so the cost of travel is no longer the factor that it used to be.
SAN Diego is also not a bad choice if you are willing to make the border crossing to have fun.
While Detroit has good strip clubs, there is nothing there to do while the little head is resting up for the next visit. And it's cold as fuck.

You must be going to some really shitty clubs to have this type of a pricing strategy. I don't ever recall a club charging extra for topless (although a few that I don't frequent do charge extra for a nude dance). Try traveling to some better clubs.

My opinion will be the minority view. But I think there is a rare category of strippers (what I call a DS) who are worth $1K for an extended date and high quality girlfriend experience. Most strippers aren't worth anything close to that amount but a few are. If you find one of those girls and you can afford it, I say just say pay the $1K. It's worth it. Mine certainly were.
The arrangement you suggest might work if this girl really is an honest, reliable stripper. But even if she is such a unicorn now, she will probably go the dark side at some point. My DS started out as one of the most honest people I've ever known but the money eventually corrupted her, as I knew it would. Most likely your girl would eventually flake on you, making up all sorts of excuses why she is unavailable. But she will always be there to take your money.
If you must talk her down in price, I'd offer $750 with a promise of a certain number of visits (like at least once a month) if she is available. Like I said that will be a minority view. But my approach is the one that is most likely to get you the pussy.
