I don’t think premeditation is as demanding as some seem to think. There is also the felony murder rule to think about. On balance, I have no problem with the idea that a killing while driving drunk should be first degree murder.

I’ve tried very high quality CBD oil and it did absolutely nothing for me. And the claims being made for it are insanely broad, clearly driven by greed and ignorance.
Scat, if you want the benefits of medical marijuana, you can’t ignore THC. Indeed, most reputable sources report that CBD oil works much better (whatever that means) when THC and CBD are combined. People are only pushing CBD oil by itself because they are in a state where it is still illegal to sell with THC. And if you want it for pain, you’ve got to have THC. Hell if I had pain that I was treating with weed I would skip the CBD and just go with THC.

I was there Monday night when there was no power. Quite the experience. I will post stories as time allows. But I do have to disagree that no boundaries were pushed. To the contrary, lap dance areas with no lights are a fantastic idea as far as mileage goes.

Worst I’ve seen is an ancient fart who would come to a little dive club several nights a week with cheap carnation flowers and hand one to each girl as they left the stage. He acted like he was handing each of them a stack of Benjamin’s. Most girls threw the flowers in the trash in the dressing room. I never saw him spend money on anything other than cheap flowers.

I’m guessing that you paid around $500 for that VIP dance. At many other places outside of a Vegas you could get the same thing for half that price. Hell you could get sex at many clubs for what you pay for dances in Vegas. Vegas clubs are tourist rip offs. So if you want to engage in this hobby more frequently you should find a better city.
And to state the obvious she was not a “normal girl.” She was a stripper who is good at making guys think it’s real. Do “normal girls” let guys play with their bodies a few minutes after they meet? The fantasy is fun but you’ve got to always remember that it’s just an act to get your money. Nothing wrong with that, just be realistic and don’t fall in love.
