I don’t think premeditation is as demanding as some seem to think. There is also the felony murder rule to think about. On balance, I have no problem with the idea that a killing while driving drunk should be first degree murder.

I’ve tried very high quality CBD oil and it did absolutely nothing for me. And the claims being made for it are insanely broad, clearly driven by greed and ignorance. Scat, if you want the benefits of medical marijuana, you can’t ignore THC. Indeed, most reputable sources report that CBD oil works much better (whatever that means) when THC and CBD are combined. People are only pushing CBD oil by itself because they are in a state where it is still illegal to sell with THC. And if you want it for pain, you’ve got to have THC. Hell if I had pain that I was treating with weed I would skip the CBD and just go with THC.

I think most of the black spinners are at the higher end clubs. I’ve only been to a black club once but as I recall it every dancer had an ass the size of several large watermelons.

Worst I’ve seen is an ancient fart who would come to a little dive club several nights a week with cheap carnation flowers and hand one to each girl as they left the stage.
