Almost always the tip goes into her garter, sometimes between her breasts if she offers. I've had dancers tell me that the whole "make it rain" thing isn't much appreciated, despite the money, since they have to pick it up off the stage and it's sort of demeaning. Would you toss your tip at a waitress in a restaurant?

Definitely something to avoid. I'd rather a dancer talk dirty in my ear anyway.

Wow. Glad you are still with us here in the land of the living, SC. Best wishes for continued sobriety. Perhaps we'll finally get to meet at PP in Columbia one of these days. If so, I'll buy you a soft drink of your choice.

Never tempt fate. All you need is one bad experience to teach you to keep the credit cards in your wallet. I learned my lesson years ago to the tune of a couple thousand dollars.

OTC isn't my thing, but I've had dancers who have made similar remarks when they see me walk in or sit with/get lap dances from other dancers. (Okay, maybe not to the extreme of the "This cock is mine tonight" comment.) Are you certain that they aren't just trying to lay down a marker, get the other girls to back away, and get your time and attention and dollars? Maybe I'm misreading things, but it looks like what they said could have been interpreted by others who heard it as something other than OTC activity.

You can find the honest ones this way. Either they ask, "Do you want change?" or "Is this for me?" The ROBS just take it. I've had money drop out of my pocket a few times and had it returned. Conversely, I've seen money drop out of a dancer's g-string, picked it up, and returned it. Dancers usually respond to this like they just won the lottery, even if it's not that much money.

In both cases it sounds like they are trying to mark their territory.

Didn't he spend a night in jail in connection with a PP visit not long ago? I hope THAT didn't happen to him again.

When I walked into Heartbreakers in Columbia, SC, last month, I noticed they had the "no smoking" ordinance posted behind the counter where you pay the cover. I walked in and there were still ashtrays at every table and the bar, and people were smoking. Not sure if they are just paying the fine or what.
I for one still believe in the whole "gentleman's club" vibe: alcohol, tobacco, and naked women.

As far as I can recall, this has happened to me once. I had had a great time with a dancer one evening: drinks, multiple LDs, about 4 hours and a couple hundred dollars total. I came in a few evenings later and she wouldn't even acknowledge my existence. I asked another dancer about it, and it turned out she had a regular there that night off in a dark corner. Since I was out of town and obviously not repeat business, she felt safe in ignoring me for the night.
But most of the time it is the opposite: walk into a SC you haven't been to in months, and the girl who gave you the last lame LD during your previous visit latches on to you, remembers your name, asks why you haven't called even when you tossed her number when you left, and has a hard time getting the hint you aren't going to give her any repeat business.

Back on topic: I have to agree with Steve on this one. She has a manish face that somehow reminds me of a younger Donnatella Versace. And she looks older than she is.

There was a football coaches' convention in town that night and this girl dressed for the occasion. I could swear that picture is her, down to the teeth and cup size. She was very popular and it was a struggle to get her away from everyone else for a few dances. But I was glad I did, even with the lame NC rules.
Again, apologies to the OP for the diversion.

I apologize for being off topic, but: DoctorD, who is that in your new picture? She looks exactly like a dancer I met last summer in NC.

Nice body; depending on her face, she could be an 8.

The proper reply to the question in Dudester's post is "Yes, and I don't really care."

It's likely all of the above, but normally comes up as part of the meet-and-greet conversation:
D: Are you from around here?
C: No, just passing through/on vacation/here on business.
D: Where are you staying?
C: In a hotel.
D: Which one?
On a recent trip, I had a similar line of questioning from a half dozen girls in one evening. I was offerd take out at my hotel by one. (I declined. Not my thing). But this was after I had bought her a couple of drinks, had a few dances from her, and she was about to leave at the end of her shift and had an hour plus drive home. So she knew I a) probably wasn't a psychopath based on the time we had spent together b) was staying at a decent hotel c) had dropped some money in the club so I wasn't broke and d) was a possible alternative to a long drive home in the middle of the night. But if she didn't do OTC to begin with, none of this would have mattered, would it?

I didn't know the dancer with the TP problem, so I didn't say anything to her. Instead, I pointed it out to another dancer I knew better, and then SHE went and told TP girl.

Dancer in a nude club makes her way across the stage to where I'm sitting at the tip rail. She crouches and spreads and I see...shards of toilet paper all over her labia.

I've always been attracted to petite women, in or out of a SC. No idea why, since I'm fairly average in height. Once after an LD, I stood up before my dancer put her heels back on, realized the top of her head barely came up to my chest, and commented on it. I meant it as a complement but she was insulted. Did she not KNOW she was 5 foot nothing?

I tip dancers on stage (of course), will tip a dancer for a particularly good LD, and tip the bartender/waitstaff as I would in a regular bar, usually rounding up to the next dollar on the price of a drink. If there is a tip jar at the entrance, I will occasionally toss in a dollar out of whatever change I got back from paying the cover. I can't ever remember tipping a bouncer.

I agree with Sam: not a fan. Most girls I've encountered over the past several years get the full-body spray-on tan.
