Jack Bauer thrown out of a London Strip Club?

londonguy – I'm a big “24” fan, so would you mind getting to the bottom of this for me? Feel free to waterboard someone if necessary. Thanks.

Press reports say a shirtless Kiefer Sutherland, aka Jack Bauer from TV's “24,” got kicked out of Stringfellows. Limey bastards! (ah, sorry londonguy)

icydk.com

The club maintains it was all a big misunderstanding. (It just looked like security had Kiefer in a headlock).

Drunk celebs can be highly annoying-"Don't you know who I am?"

The proper reply to the question in Dudester's post is "Yes, and I don't really care."

Even sober celebs can be annoying. Several times in my military career I had to teach actors how to walk, talk, shoot, and fight like a man. They get paid a lot of money to pretend to be someone. There are few I respect (i.e. I bet John Wayne could really fight-wouldn't want to piss him off). For the most part, most of them are pantywaists.

To Steve229-important advice. When you go to the ballet, don't get front row seats-it ruins the illusion.

Jack Bauer should have been able to whip all of the bouncers asses.

Steve, it barely hit the news over here. Not seen it in the press I read but I think it was in the lowere end of the market. All we get in the media lately is non-stop coverage of the fact most of nothern Europe has no air travel whatsoever, with that and our generla election barely any other news gets a mention. I found the story here thoug as well

As for Stringfellows, the bouncers there have a history. I don't know if they actually killed someone ejecting them onto the street a couple of years or so ago, if not the guy was seriously injured. If you ever visit Stringfellows make sure you are never ejected from Sringfellows.

Clubs over here are now categorized as 'sex establishments' which means the rules and guidlines are meant to change.

Sorry I can't be more help Steve.

londonguy - thanks for the link. I especially liked the clever 24ish "The following takes place between 10:40 p.m. and 11:50 a.m." headline.

Jpac73 - Yeah, Jack Bauer would have chewed off the one's bouncer's arm, then used it to beat the others senseless, lol.

Dudester - Sutherland did beat up a male fashion designer once. ;-)
