In most clubs, the cost of extras is referred to as a "tip", regardless of whether or not it's a quid pro quo situation. So no, if I've negotiated the price beforehand, I don't tip any more than the negotiated price.

I generally don't ask either. I'll admit to being surprised at how many extras dancers have admitted to having an SO. A couple of been open with their SO, but the majority have been "What he doesn't know, won't hurt him." A few have even been more mercenary about it, "If he ain't making up the difference in money, it ain't his business." For me however, it's usually only been the ones who've claimed, truthfully or not, to be single who are willing to meet OTC.

From what I've seen and heard from dancers, there are two major reasons. 1. They want to at least pay lip service to the laws and club rules. Besides, whatever level of contact might be "required" to make bank, there's always the chance, however small, that some schlub will come in and be happy with a $1,000 air dance. 2. Irrespective of how "anonymous" this, or any other site, is (i.e. not at all), they don't want to chance being recognized and associated with non-approved activity.

My ATF's strategy with couples was to pay little to no attention to the guy, and shower the girl with everything she had. The guy's only purpose was to pay for the girl's fun. She said it worked the vast majority of time, even with the girls who didn't really want to be there and were pressured to go. Most of the other dancers didn't want to deal with couples for precisely the reasons big butt liker stated; they didn't want the drama.
