Unless they fear violating a taboo, or getting an STD. Taboos have been steadily weakening over the past 60 years. I don't see reason to think the proportions of people into different stuff would change much. I'm 58 (don't know what "gen" that is) and I've been eating ass since my first long-term college girlfriend back in 1986.

Since I'm too picky about appearance, it's longer than I care to admit, that I've done anything sexual with a woman without having to pay her. I'd add that attitudes toward oral sex in general are highly variable. Lots of people don't like, or are weirded out by it. Others are infatuated with it, yet others like to give or receive but not both. I think it would be hard to judge overall attitudes without an extensive sampling.
