If a hotel/motel is known for drugs it's likely to be watched. One dancer was parked in a motel parking lot talking on her phone before going in the room. The police forced her out of her car and took her away.

The curtains aren't down at Penthouse even though this was expected after Penthouse reopened Friday after being closed for a week. Not everyone who's been working at Penthouse think the curtains are coming down and they
think this may be just be a rumor?

There may be dancers moving from Eight to FC because of concerns of the curtains coming down on Eight. One from Penthouse there last week when Penthouse was closed but she went back to Penthouse this week. Otherwise I couldn't complain about the other talent at FC last week.

It started when I was on leave from the Army. I remember seeing some damage, some looting, and troops on Eight Mile during curfew. I think the Command and Control was close to where I lived.

They say organized crime is more corporate now so it may not be obvious. Way back there were a couple of times in Detroit where the Mafia may have been involved. . One club owner was threatened by someone who said he was Mafia and had his car riddled by bullets. One Italian owner that owned or had family connections with Italian restaurants was rumored Mafia.
Otherwise it could have been a case of owing the wrong people money. One owner was shot and found dead in his trunk one owner had his car booby trapped.

They may have a small tray under the glass where the attendant collects the money and maybe have a revolving tray on the side so he can scan some items behind the glass.

They refer to the "Untitled Detroit City Project' which is a little confusing since there's a film about the 1967 race riot coming out this year that's being referred to as the Untitled Detroit Project.

Happened to me. Even if I had a gun he was watching every move I made with a gun pointing at me
from the passenger window. Could have stepped on the gas, which is recommended, but would have ended in Eight Mile traffic. There was a case where a woman was shot and killed when she stepped on the gas. Lost $200 but they say a lot worse is likely to happen once they get in the car.

Heard the Penthouse in Detroit was strict on drugs and the they fired a dancer for shooting heroin in the back. Rumors this dancer and her friend were giving a pimp all their money, getting heroin in return, and the dancer that was fired OD'd at another club.

I think the meth labs and maybe the users might be more in the rural areas of Michigan since they say you can smell a meth lab easily. I don't remember a stripper that looked like she was using meth?
As far as unfriendliness in Detroit a stripper visiting from the South complained how unfriendly they were in Detroit compared to back home in the South

A number of dancers from Legends went to Players after the fire. Heard they had the same owner.They could go back to Legends now.
There was a flood at Players today. One of the attendants said it was from the roof. They sent all the dancers home and closed down Players for today at least.
