    Family Fun Day
Back in the early '80s I worked for a S&L that was owned by two real estate developers. They spent over $150,000 one year for an employee party. The dinner was catered by a 5 star restaurant and entertainment included a big name band and Bob Hope in person. A few month's later the government showed up, shut the S&L down and both owners ended up in Federal Prison. After that I quit going to company parties. I might make an exception for a strip club employee party.

    Got 780K?
Tuesday evening I met another young virgin, who looks very much like Catarina. Well, at least her tits look like Catarina's, I am not sure about her face. Candy, the virgin I met, was dancing at the club I was visiting. I know Candy is a virgin because she declined both ITC and OTC.

Man stabbed to death outside strip club
Ban all knives! I know that may not seem reasonable, but we could at least require background checks and a 3 day waiting period. Then confiscate knives from all unlicensed owners. That would, of course, require that we suspend Constitutional protections. But hey, I appears that the NSA has already gotten around that problem. I am sure Alutard would agree.

    Dancer claims I offended her.
If the angry dancer has been pushy with you, it is likely that she has a reputation in the club for "stealing" customers from other girls. If she is now angry with you, the other girls may think you did something good. Don't forget to collect your reward! ;>

About ten years ago I was in a club when a hot young spinner sat down next to me. After a few minutes of conversation she asked me if I wanted a dance from her before she left for her son's funeral. I declined and quickly left the club. Creepy!!!!!!!!!!

Do Strip Clubs get better or worse with the Stock Market?
Perhaps a portion of SC customers do spend more when the market is doing very well. But I would guess that portion is somewhat small and their contribution to SC finances (including dancers) is not significant. The majority of customers in most SCs actually work for a living and have not seen increases in disposable income as the market rises. Their SC spending would be flat. Same - short term - lack of connection to a down market. The connections I suggest between the economy and Strip Clubs are employment and GDP. In a depressed economy with high unemployment, more women are willing to work in clubs to pay bills and more men have time to visit. Since this combination does not mean a big increase in "lap dance" spending, the competition between dancers for the dollars available does mean a high turnover in newbie dancers and (in areas where puritan enforcement is lax) higher mileage. My guess is that this circumstance would continue for many months into a rising stock market because jobs and discretionary money will lag behind market growth. I see a GDP (gross domestic product) connection as a negative for Strip Clubs because as GDP rises, employment and free time for spenders goes down. Also GDP growth has always been connected with low skill hiring (not exactly the same thing as unemployment %). When the GDP starts to rise, small companies hire low skill employees to boost production and shipping capabilities. These new hires draw from the same people who would otherwise dance in - or spend part of their unemployment check in - a strip club.

Is strip clubbing like a drug addiction?
@Shadowcat, from your posts I am guessing that -in your case only - it is less an addiction and more a race. It appears to me that you are racing to wear out your ding-a-ling, and the libido that powers it, before you are too old to drive to the club! I hope you win.

Years ago a couple of women friends would often go with me to my marina. While I worked on my boat, they absorbed the sun. While I sailed, they stretched out on deck in swimsuits. I was occasionally called on to add oil to their backs. Both women were black (actually two different shades of light brown) and both absolutely loved tanning. Anyone could tell the difference between untanned and tanned. One of them spent too much time in the sun one day and burned so bad she later peeled - that was creepy looking!

    Can not be this dumb
OTOH, About 15 year ago I was in Italy, in a small village near Pisa, having a breakfast conversation with two young women (Unfortunately, they just happened to be sitting at the next table when I ordered - instead of a more intimate connection). BOTH of these women were clueless about international travel and monetary exchange. They both had credit cards but didn't know people in other countries could get them too! They were surprised that banks would take Lira (I was there just before the Euro became the common currency) and give Pounds or Marks or Dollars. Since my Italian was somewhat limited, I didn't even try to explain different exchange rates. These women did know all about the club scene in Pisa and several other cities. When music came up they knew every band, every song and even the names of band members (if the band had toured in Italy).

    Men and Haircolor
On the street hair sheen and texture mean more than color to me, It probably has something to do with the impression of healthier hair. Even shiny, well managed, graying hair seems more attractive (to me) than any particular color. So red, blond, blue, or pink might not matter a all. In a club it is different. There is so much "artificial" about connecting with a dancer, and as a customer I desire some semblance of reality. With oversized heels, heavy make-up, barely there clothes, clumsy conversations and a business transaction of $ per dance (or $$ per other) - it is hard enough to imagine that a lapper is a natural interaction between two people. Add pink or purple hair and I am completely out of my comfort zone. But also remember I'm not as young as others here.

1967! I wasn't that good. She was 17 (older than I) and just wanted to practice on me before she surprised her boyfriend. I remember getting bitten several times and her chocking once when she went too far (Deep Throat was not part of my vocabulary then).

Welfare checks won't pay for 'sinful' liquor tab, strip club costs under new NY
@Esta, to claim a problem is "fixed" because it is not abused as much as it was, is not the same as correcting the actual problem. First, the Federal government cannot provide social benefits under the constitution (that's why all Medicare, Medicaid and welfare programs are state run, and why Social Security is a "tax" instead of a pension plan.). So to even put the U.S. government in the social welfare business is playing over the edge and has forced the creation of two separate agencies (state and fed) to spend every dollar taken from taxpayers. Second, big government is automatically inefficient! Big government programs (every single one of them throughout human history) are rife with fraud and waste. Cicero complained of the corruption in the "bread and circuses" programs of the Roman Empire and what they were doing was very similar to the U.S, programs today. (they never entirely fixed the problems either) The government takes money from workers, spends about 30% on administration, and gives the rest to people who are not working. We scream at private charities with that kind of overhead. Third, this has nothing to with charity or benefiting our fellow man. It is all about power and control. Before the "Great Society" poverty levels in this country were about half what they are today. So after FIFTY years of government mandated "anti-poverty" programs, poverty has doubled. (Kind of like the results of the 40 year old "war on drugs".) Time to admit the experiment didn't work. If the horse is dead, a new stable and vitamins will not "fix" the problem. On the other hand, while spending welfare money on strippers and booze does piss me off, I cannot regulate the behavior of others.

Welfare checks won't pay for 'sinful' liquor tab, strip club costs under new NY
@ Esta, who said anything about punishing the good? Welfare (the "Great Society") is a failed experiment in government control over charity. Since you live (or at least exclusively review clubs) in the NYC area, I'm guessing you are a liberal democrat, but please avoid the knee jerk reaction to the following: Federal aid, in all it's forms has not reduced poverty at all. Everywhere people who collect aid are forced to congregate (usually by some form of aid like section 8) crime goes up, businesses leave and poverty skyrockets. The only thing that federal aid has grown has been the federal government! What is good about that?

    Proposed new TUSCL review guidelines
Is it not prejudicial to use gender specific words? Perhaps reviewers of NYC strip clubs should take the lead in the new review format. I can't wait to read: "The club associate who allowed me to exchange $50 for a 2 minute experience was wearing black shoes. This person moved in front of me and touched me in the approved manner only on my shoulder. Then this club associate spoke something I could not hear over the sound and walked away. I was very impressed by the 8 oz. soda I was served."

Officials: Dallas-area prostitution ring had global connections
Two years work (and how many millions spent?) to shutter a few AMPs. Did this "major" bust reduce crime - in any way - in the Dallas area? I looked at Backpage "body rubs" and "escorts" a few minutes ago and it appears to have just as many adds today as it did this time of day for the past week. So the answer is, no change. This kind of "enforcement" is extreme stupidity!

Juice, I assume you are referring to a digital function connected to one of the internet social media websites. First, personally I do not partake - I am not and I never have been on any of the social sites. (If the NSA wants to track me, they'll just have to use my browsing history, my emails, cellphone and my actual snail mail!) Second, do you really want folks on here to connect with the rest of your life? I can just see you telling Alucard to stop following you!
