There are many things that often accumulate with age that are attractive to women.
- your earning potential and spare cash
- your self confidence
- your experience and technique
- your ability to empathize
- your depth of learning and wisdom
None of these attributes are a foregone conclusion; you must work at them, and they can be counteracted by poor eating, poor hygiene and obesity.
But I do not think you are at any disadvantage as you age beyond your 20's.

Whether the venue is massage parlors, strip clubs, or the online ad sites, there is no shortcut. You must participate, sample, and sort them out. And while you are engaged in that process, you will have some bad experiences, and you will be at higher risk. Luck also plays a part. But it starts by getting in the game.

@RD - I grew up in MA in a town of 30,000 residents, with no bars, and one restaurant with a liquor license. On Sundays, all businesses were closed except the Pharmacy and a couple of gas stations. As a kid, I heard about places in Boston where it was possible to see naked women. It was called the "Combat Zone", probably to discourage visitors. All of this childhood repression explains my behavior today (eh, probably not).

In a new club, if the bartender or waitress asks, I will ask back, "Are drinks for the ladies regular price or high price?". If the answer is "high price", I will then turn to the girl and ask her if she gets a percentage. I now have all the information I need to make a rational decision:
1) If I am not sure I want to spend time with the girl, I say No
2) If I want to spend time with the girl and the drink price is regular, or if she gets a cut of a high prced drink, I say Yes to the first drink
3) If I want to spend time with the girl, and she does not get a cut of a high priced drink, I will say YES only if her hand is in my crotch
4) Sometimes the little brain controls the "decision"; this happens more often than I would like.

One last club for today. Decide to go to Henry VIII. Review suggest it has been upgrade since my last visit 4 years ago. Well, yeah, some of the crappy furniture is gone, the stages look refurbished, and they converted the open "VIP" area into a little collection of booths. However, the talent is mediocre at best, and at 8pm there is no flow of additional girls into the club. Fortunately, the Golf Channel is showing a rerun of a tournament, so I zone out on that for a while. Eventually, a brunette with small breasts engages me in decent conversation. We retire to VIP ($10 wrist band), and we have a quick negotiation in the booth. I get the $100 blue plate special.
To say that extras are available in Detroit clubs is to say the Earth revolves around an axis.
Today I went "Black and Blue Collar". Tomorrow, the hypothesis will be, "Does improved quality of girls result in diminished delivery?" Will Detroit buck stripper laws of physics? Stay tuned.

Day 1 was a clusterfuck, as described above. But as the package says, liberal application of 5% Permethrin is "curative".
Day 2, I'm back in the saddle. 3pm I head out. Arrive 3:30 pm at Erotic City. No valet. No cover. As expected, the place is hopping. It's all black (except for your's truly and one other white nut), the girls are "thick", the guys in back are smoking weed, and the beers are $5. Dances are $5 (afternoons, half price) at your seat. I am at the bar and get 2 from one girl, 4 from another. Moderate mileage. There is no VIP. But the entertainment value is off the charts. Booties are shaking, and the guys are dressed for Friday night. Total damage $45.
Next stop, after a cruise down 8 Mile, is "Ace of Spades". Great name for a club. $5 valet. It's 5:30 pm now, no cover. All girls are black, and a step up in terms of quality. Order a Jack-rocks, and get a real drink! $9 plus tip. Joined quickly at the bar by A----. We discuss clubs in the area and she asks if I have ever been to any other clubs. Well, that was good for a laugh. Eventually, I order up $80 of whatever in the little curtained booths. On song 2, the little head makes an appearance. After a little head bobbing we are done. She asks for $140. I tell her I have $100...and...she takes it of course.
Now 7 pm. Detroit on a Friday night...hmmmm.

Now, on to the news, which is ironic in the extreme. After posting my little announcement here, I went to shower and get ready to travel to Detroit this morning. In the shower, I noticed some red bumps in my groin area (!), did a little manscaping to get a clearer view, and motherfucker! A bunch of red bumps on my dick, balls, and lower abdomen. I flashback to earlier this year, when I stayed at a shitty hotel east of Pittsburgh one night, and woke up the next morning with a very itchy groin and lower back...but no rash or any other symptoms. So I put up with the itch, and it slowly subsided over the next 2 months. All the time, I'm looking for some outbreak. Nothing. Until today.
Got to Detroit, went to a clinic, blah blah blah. Diagnosis: Sarcoptes scabiei. Other wise known as scabies; caused by a mite that can be passed between humans, or in bedding or clothes.
So here I sit in the goddamn hotel room all greased up with Permethrin lotion from head to toe. By tomorrow morning, I will effectively be cured. But the red bumps will take a while to fade. Which presents a moral dilemma for my intended activities here. Tonight, I'm staying in while the poison does its trick. Tomorrow, we shall see.
Note to Art: vicariously thrilling, eh?

The typical stripper has a relatively poor education, a propensity for smoking, drinking or drugs, 1 or 2 young kids, and a decent looking body. I make genetics as a big factor in one of those, and environment dominant in the others. But who knows? Maybe we should be more organized about how we collect genetic material during our visits.

Maybe I skimmed too fast, but I didn't see the sage advice to buy used cars. That's what I have been doing for the past 15 years or so (for myself, ex-wife,kids). I have saved enough money over new cars to afford my clubbing expenses. Honestly, a $30,000 new car costs about $5,000 just to drive it home the first time(lost value).
When I am old and feeble, I will not be remembering the 1979 Mustang I bought as my first new car. I will be remembering the 1982 Jersey Girl and her plush upholstery.

OK, so I detect a general indifference here to the "foxy boxing" events. I wonder of the SC managers know this? Or are we the out-liers in this business?
Anyway, I saw mud wrestling once at Bandaids in Phoenix. It was stupid. I have been to real boxing matches, inlcuding one night at the Olympic Forum in LA (all Mexican guys...very exhuberant fans!). Also, went to a live pay-per-view of the Holmes/Cooney heavyweight matchup many years a go. Upper Manhattan moview theater. We were the only 2 white guys there. Hahaha! Lucky for us, we thought Holmes was the better fighter, and Cooney was the Great White Hope. It was a good evening.

Out of all those arrests, I do not object to the arrest of the meth dealer. These prostitution stings are lazy police work, and ineffective in my opinion. Just a way to run up the arrest count and score political points with the prudes.
I recall an episode of "Cops". The police were running a sting operation. They obtained a boutique brand bicycle that looked normal, but had a retail value of $2,000. They leaned it up, unlocked, against the side wall of a convenience store in a lousy neighborhood, and waited. Well, duh, some kid comes along and tries to ride it away. They nab him and charge him with a felony due to the value of the bicycle. Fucking assholes.

I'm on the case. As I understand it, a lot of this behavior is being reported in the Detroit area. In a couple of days, I'm going there to find out for myself if it's true. I remember the first strip club I ever went to, Thee Doll House in Orlando. I got a nice air dance and a baseball cap with their logo for $20. I left that club with my dignity and my retirement savings still intact. But since then, the clubs have really gone downhill. Now, you can expect to spend up to $100, and as others report, you will quite likely interact with one of these aggressive hussies who are certainly NOT ladies. My plan for Detroit is simple. I've got a small stash of blue pills and I'm going to take one before each club visit, just to make sure that if I do get groped there will be clear and unmistakable evidence. Then, I'll show the harlot what has happened, and we'll see if her shame sets her on a different course. I'll let you guys know what happens. Dallas, thanks for raising this important matter. With any luck, we'll be able to beat this one before it gets out of hand.

I was with a guy in Bourbon Street Circus in Phoenix. We arrived, sat down, ordered our drinks. He opens his wallet and inspects it, takes out a couple of 20's. He turns to me and says, "I'll be back. I gotta go get some chum." A few minutes later he comes back with a wad of singles.
