Some 30 years ago was in 'MONS VENUS", Tampa, one afternoon in summer. Was sitting there, 2 masked men walked in , dressed all in black. No place to run, no windows to get out of, I figured best thing to do was try and get a good description of them so if I lived, could tell authorities. I have a LEO background of sorts, so my training was kicking in. Men appeared white, both about 5'10'', etc. First man was wearing etc etc, with shiny shoes . Hmmmmm, wearing a black jacket ( in summer ), did not add up.
Woman hostess walked up to them , said " WHAT DO YOU WANT, BILLY ? ". Seemed strange , but then it dawned on me, these were police , we were being raided. Or so I thought . Billy told the hostess they were looking for Sally Smith, ( a dancer ). Hostess had recognized the cop, even with a mask on, and said the girl no longer worked there. They looked around , told hostess good-by and left. Seems dancer had warrant as a a murder suspect. Turned out comical, but for a minute thought I was going to die in a strip club, but at least it was The Mons.

I lost my 37 year old son to drugs 4 months ago. Heroin, among other stuff. He had become an expert liar, manipulator, thief, etc.For over 5 years and over 50 grand I tried to straighten him out. Nothing you can do will stop her until she wants to quit. Nothing else will work until she hits bottom and realizes she has to quit. Or die.

Many years ago I was in Mons Venus in Tampa, mid summer afternoon. Not real busy, I was watching the dancers, and in walked 3 men wearing masks, guns drawn.The music stopped. There are no windows at the Mons, no place to run. Knowing we were in for trouble, my law enforcement training kicked in. With nothing to use as a weapon, I decided the best thing was to try to memorize a good description of the robbers.All were about 5 foot 10, same black masks, 9 mm pistols. All had shiny black shoes, and had black nylon jackets just like one I had, that was in my closet at home.
Then it hit me. The jackets were like the one I wore when playing reserve deputy, given to me to go with my uniform. These fellas were LEO's.
I started breathing again, and saw one of the female managers walk up to the first masked man, and her words were " WHO ARE YOU LOOKING FOR LARRY ? ". She recognized him, even though he had a mask on, I think it embarrassed them.
Anyway, they were looking for ------ , a dancer, who was not there. They searched all over, but could not find whoever they were looking for. As they were walking out the door, the music started back up, the dancers went back to work, and all was normal again. Normal for Mons Venus, that is.

Wore my "TRUMP FOR PRESIDENT" cap in a club today, all the dancers commented how they supported him.
Last week wore it in a different club, and as I walked in, thought better of it, turned around and started walking out. A young, muscular body-builder type was behind me, and as I turned to leave I remarked to him that maybe it be best I not wear my "TRUMP" cap in the establishment, and he replied "ANYBODY SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THAT HAT, JUST TELL ME. I WILL STRAIGHTEN THEM OUT ". I turned around, went back inside, not worried a bit.I think he will be our next President.

san_jose_guymoney was invented for handing to women, but buying dances is a chump's game
Been an over the road trucker in the past, now just stay in Florida driving. Believe me, after driving a truck for `10 / 12 hours straight, in all this traffic, when you finally get to stop for the night, you are too tired to look for lot lizards,even though there are plenty of them around. Lots of 'good buddys' also.. I never did, most too nasty to even look at.

Member for 12 years, zero reviews, half a dozen posts in discussions. Daily reader.
No use in reviewing clubs already adequately covered.Discussions are at times just jabs at another member, wasted time and space. Other times I have no knowledge / opinion on the subject at hand. Posting in " MESSAGE" forum has, at times, gotten stupid.
So..........I just read what is written, at times either shaking my head, or nodding in silent agreement.

This was all done behind the scenes, not out in the open.Had I not been bored with the dancing, I would not have noticed what was going on. The church ladies did not preach to the girls, I was told by several dancers.There just a few minutes,and delivered some free food.Believe me those girls get all the protein they need at work.

About an hour south is much better for mileage. Inner Room { 10 dollar high mileage dances }, Cheaters, Lido,all around Cocoa Beach/ Cape Canaveral. Daytime very laid back, cheap, eager to please dancers.Lots of beach type babes.
Daytona has Sharks [ biker place but can be very high mileage ], Lollipops [ nothing special ], Bigguns [ OK, basic dances ], Molly Browns [ typical Florida strip club, TO orders accepted ].Daytona has run of the mill establishments, Cocoa Beach is the place to visit, if possible..

Quite a few years I was in "MONS VENUS" in Tampa. Hot summer afternoon, I was watching the dancers, when in walked 2 masked men, pistols drawn. Well, Mons does { at at least did ] not have any windows to speak of, and no back door that was easy to get to.No where to go. So I quickly decided best thing to do was memorize as much information as possible about the intruders, in case I lived. Both were white men,automatic pistols, black shoes, and had on black jackets [ it was summer ] > Then it hit me. The jackets were just like one I had. I worked as a reserve Sheriff's Officer a few counties away.The back of the jackets had 'POLICE OFFICER' on them, but I could not see that at the time. So instead of being shot, we were being raided by vice, I thought. Well, the manager , who was the girl at the door, walked up to the first officer, and said " What do you want, Jerry ?". Even with his mask on, she recognized him. That got him a little upset. He told her they were looking for [ insert dancer's name here ], and knew she was there. They checked all the girls, did not find the one they were looking for, and then left. No harm, no foul. But for about 15 seconds, I thought I was going to die right there in that place.
