@sharkhunter - I think that bachelorette parties at SC's are a way for some straight women to feel like they are totally off the hook and doing something outrageous and still somewhat verboten. It also gives them a chance to diss all of the hot dancers because deep down they are very insecure people. I suspect that lone straight women want to go to an SC to see exactly what their BF's are doing (and getting) when they do a "boys night" at the clubs.

@former_stripper - I have taken platonic female friends to clubs on three occasions, and they all were pretty lousy experiences. These straight female friends wanted to see what stripclubs were like, and I was by far the most experienced clubber available. And they all hated it. So my days of stripclub tourguide are officially over.
And you're correct....normally any two women visiting a club together are usually a couple in a romantic relationship.

I had just discovered clubbing thru some co-workers, and I knew that there was way more out there then where they had brought me. I was intending to research local boards, and I did.....but at the time their forums were unnecessarily complicated and often not very active. TUSCL was fun because I could get a glimpse of other clubs (and clubbers) from around the country, so I decided to stick around.

Many of the clubs in LA/OC area do read the reviews and comments on the local SC sites (zbone, BonedIn), and I have seen quite a few changes as a result of it. I think clubs, if they are willing to do it at all, would be more inclined to monitor local web sites since it caters specifically to that region. And if an area as big and diverse as LA/OC can do it, other cities can do it too - especially if they have local SC boards that are maintained and updated regularly.

One of my fave clubs pays their dancers to walk around in the nude, and I knew that when they started doing that a couple of years ago that it would impact my wallet significantly, and it did.
I remember seeing a 'meh' dancer on stage - physically not my type at all. Didn't like her look, or the way she moved on stage. She was kind of hyper, which I don't like and can indicate that her dance style will be too fast and not to my liking either. Sure enough she bounced off stage, still naked, and came over and jumped in my lap. I didn't expect it and hadn't even tipped her onstage....I was completely surprised by her actions. So here was this not-my-type naked chick in my lap doing and saying all kinds of naughty things and sure enough I wind up taking her to VIP for several sets. Damn nakedness.
