Features That Do Not Strip

Has anyone seen a gentlemen's club try to get people in the door with appearances by musicians or celebrities that are not dancers or porn stars?
In my early days of strip clubbing, I remember Henry Hill (the main character from the film Goodfella's) was doing a tour with several stops in strip clubs. You could get his autograph, a picture with him, or just talk to him. I did not go, but heard from a friend that he was pretty interesting to talk and down to earth. I was told he drank like a fish and smoked like a chimney. I don't understand why he wanted to be out in public though after he ratted on the mob.
The other instance I have seen is at the Gold Room. They will bring in guest DJ's to play electronic sets on the weekends. Some are well-known internationally like Laidback Luke and NERVO. I guess playing at a strip club doesn't hurt their career.

You didn't miss much. She was in Playboy, and her pics looked rather more than somewhat airbrushed at the time. I remember being "well that's nice" and on to the next.
The black clubs in Palm Beach do it too, they're almost more little concert venue's than strip clubs. Every weekend they've got someone up on stage rapping and are constantly running promos for that stuff.
Rachels in Palm Beach often has DJ's that are well known, as do a number of clubs in Miami like Scarlett's and especially E11even. Booby Trap on the River in Miami often has that sort of thing too, they pretty much have a weekly celeberity promo, musicians, athletes, social media stars, whatever. BT OTR I think is the most prolific, but I think Tootsies does it occasionally too.
