Yes, because obviously extraterrestrial life forms more advanced than us capable of FTL travel but not making contact with us is the simplest explanation.
The most important thing to allow intelligent life to prosper is the passing on of knowledge. There must be some mechanism to do so and since we haven't found evidence of this mechanism, it stands to reason that intelligent life didn't come before us.

Lots of girls come from out of town in Vegas. A girl at Sapphires LV drove from Los Angeles to Las Vegas which is about a 4 and a half hour drive. She stays a couple days and then drives back home.
