A bird in the hand.............................and in this case the bird in her hand is the regular guy who is in the club often and spending.
I'll repeat something I have commented on before.....tip the bartender and then tell him/her you would like to meet her. This way your money has done you some good regardless of if she spends time with you that night or not.
Trust me she wants your money just not at the expense of a known steady stream of the green coming from someone she knows
I've been on both sides of this equation, oddly enough I was that guy at CH in Bedford Heights Ohio last Spring even though I was only in town a week a month and it ticked a few other guys off from some comments they made ....but I am also the guy who couldn't get the one he wanted at the same time @ Showcase in Beltsville.
You roll with it and move on.

+1 with Max....I have my doubts it was a girl not that I haven't come across some pretty ruthless women in my lifetime but most of the scamming attempts I have seen are guys posturing as women. ( although if my memory is correct the name Sasha has Jenny beat out as the favorite name)

It doesn't surprise me but I would think simply "forking over 700 or 800 dollars" is rare under the circumstances outlined.

I usually smile at them and tell them I need a drink first and I plan on being there for a while so relax. and then start walking to the bar.
I've had a few try and lure me into conversation with insults or a less than flattering comment but I just smile..........and walk away.
What I have noticed is some clubs never seem to have any door vultures, others it seems to be standard operating procedure.
And yes I got nailed just last summer in NYC although it wasn't a door vulture but it cost me a lot more than you spent.

I'm not founder but I would hope for his sake the following:
1) Hell no--they have the largest amount of girls but the scam and mileage for the dollar sucks. I just spent a week in Vegas and didn't go near a club.

For the most part I have been lucky and there has never been just one girl that is hot and in demand but two or three. It makes life a bit easier if you want one to spend time with you.
I wouldn't consider myself a regular anywhere at this point since I travel and don't visit any single club each week.
I have gotten a few "back-handed" compliments from other guys at times about somehow certain dancers spend time with me but it you are not a regular it's hard to know who is the "it" girl over the course of a week or month.

I've heard the tip rate can go as high as 20% ( which is why I sometimes make the comments I do on here) and it includes the bartenders, DJ's, bouncers, Host, and sometimes the house mom.
As poledancer also mentioned there are fines from everything to being late, to not attending events, to not wanting to dance on stage in your rotation ( even if you are with a client), to calling off sick

I guess this is me being a curmudgeon but I'm of the mind if you waste my time once you are not going to get a second chance to do so.
Granted, strippers are a different breed, but the last time I checked they are still part of the human race and common sense and courtesy is something I expect. Like I mentioned I don't get upset about it ( makes no sense to whine or act like a jerk) but it takes all of 1 minute to send a text or call.

A. I., Google tracking, and what is known as dark social analytics are a must read for anyone that really wants to understand how all of your on line interactions.
When you couple this information with doing a little research on who owns what in the world these days and how much information, money, power, and ownership ties back to very few companies/families and your eyes open very wide.

One of the strangest things that has happened to me over the past couple of years was getting stood up by a dancer that for the better part of a month wanted to meet me outside the club. She brought it up, repeatedly and at first I took it as part of her wanting to keep me coming into the club - so I asked her what she wanted to do ( finally) thinking if we got into specifics she would either back off if it was SS or find out what she had on her mind. She got very specific and everything was a green light right up until an hour before the day we were to meet up.
And suddenly she went quiet for days. By the time she contacted me I was long gone from the area. Since then I have received a text or two from her but I've been cordial but that has been it.
One of my pet peeves is when someone waste my time. I don't hold any ill will and we are all adults and understand the risk and I was lucky in the sense that I was to meet her at a place that was not out of my way and I was able to meet up with some friends that night and had a good time without her but she not only could have been straight with me but she should have been straight.

@ Paul Drake--it isn't the only input I look at or consider but when I see a comment and a large number of likes or agreements or I see a conversation pattern develop I pay attention. I've had some great dances in the couple of years I have been back to going to clubs and I think some of it has to do with me being the perfect gentleman until she lets me know not to be one.
I've seen the video you linked--actually when I was trying to understand why my ex wanted to go back to being a dancer (especially since she had gone all over me about not going to clubs anymore) I looked around trying to understand the reason why someone who was college educated and well known in her community would take the risk to dance and came across the video.
I try to be pragmatic and weigh the good with the bad but by doing so you look at all means of information and that includes social media that allows you to see ( at least a little) of what is going on inside a dancers mind.

I posted the one link on here last week because it reminded me of someone I know....still does.....but read through some of the comments if you want to get a feel for what goes through many of the girls minds and the thought process......and also you can follow some of the replies out and get a broader sense of what the dancer community feels.
Subraman and I both have commented on this although my take is a little different than his in the sense you learn the most on what dancers really feel by looking at their twitter accounts ( FB is for the family and friends and where they attempt to appear as if they have other careers) Instagram is to make their life look as exciting as possible or the FOMO syndrome. Twitter is where they rant.

The best advice I can give you is to trust your gut first and foremost.
Second find what works for you and stick with it-- to define for me that means meet in a public place, ask questions and pay attention to how she responds. I prefer after work drinks to coffee but the first meeting should allow you to be sure the pictures match girl who shows up and to observe her reactions as you communicate.
Personally I prefer someone who is a little nervous because it means she probably isn't a pro.
The hardest thing for me from day one is allowing them to take the lead on what happens next. I never expect anything but a meet and greet on the first meeting but I've had some great experiences on first meetings. It does happen.
Do not allow what she states on the site in terms of money or how she wants to be paid ( monthly allowance) stop you from contacting them. Much of what they post is to keep the lowballers and flakey guys away. The smart girls realize most guys are not going to hand over thousands of dollars up front until some semblance of trust is built.
Do however be on the look out for arrogance or hateful comments in the description. Some of it can be attributed to how other guys have treated them but someone with a bad attitude in their profile probably is going to be a pain in the ass and not worth th trouble.
Honestly it doesn't take much of my time finding someone and I am by most accounts picky
I still go to strip clubs but as I mentioned on here before the visits are more of a last minute choice for me to do when I am on the road for work.
Escorts I haven't used for some time with one exception in DC --SA seems to be the best choice for me and it has been for a few years now.
I typically find a steady girl one of the places I travel to often and then a second girl in locations I visit from time to time and I am upfront with both of them. I've been seeing my steady since the end of January--Grad student.

To use the old used phrase pound for pound the best boxer out there right now is probably Terence Crawford. He's currently a Welterweight and the face nobody has mentioned him on here speaks to the overall downward turn boxing has taken with the general public.
In my younger days I was very much a boxing fan, actually I knew a couple of fighters on a first name basis and would attend professional fights whenever I could get tickets. One of the reasons I know the old Vegas but until recently had not been there for some time.
When boxing gets back to having a Leonard vs Hagler match someone let me know.........

Max--the escort pool in Northeast Ohio in my estimation is about as bad as it gets.
As for SA there are slight variances on what you find depending on where you are looking (cities, regions) but overall students, teachers ( especially elementary school level) nurses, hair dressers and make-up artist, and waitresses make up the majority of the women on the site. You'll also find bartenders and self-employed ( many times exotic dancers)
I can't agree with Subraman this time. What I have noticed is the WOC and Latin women are more aggressive and will approach you.

I've yet to get sucked in by a bot and I've been using SA for nearly five years.
There are cycles where you will get more looks, hits, and favors than others. As a rule if someone looks at my profile and I like theirs I'll send a generic message. Most times I will get a reply. If someone favors me and I send a message I can't think of time I didn't receive a response.
The girls who send me a note first typically are the ones looking for a quick meeting. (so it's up to me to reply)
I normally send out five intro messages at a time. As a rule I get back 2/3 replies and normally one additional look. I don't have a picture on the site so I understand a good percentage of women will see that and move on.
I've only met one woman who used a very ( very, very) outdated picture ( Northeast Ohio) but for the most part I would say I have been lucky.
Philadelphia has treated me very well over the years I have used the site. ( reference to your Eastern PA location)
I do weed out the overseas profiles and also the ones that for some reason set of my instincts as not someone I want to pursue.
