SJG doesn't understand that the government is actually encouraging this type of investment behavior. It's what Trump and others in his position have learned to do as a result of government regulation. If these loopholes weren't in place, many of the risks would not be taken by businessman. It's why the 1031 "like-kind" exchanges are available under the IRS revenue code, to help innovation and efficiency for investors to find better investments and a better ROR.
This "like kind" exchange along with recapture of depreciation simply allow delay of taxation, so a person can use government tax payer money to be reinvested into future projects and reinvestments into the business community.
However, why should I expect a simpleton like SJG to understand what it takes to build an organization when all he has done is "talk" about doing an organization. One of which he has never revealed what it is or how anyone can join. At least Trump and other like me have organizations people actually have seen and witnessed. Trump is at least relatable, where you his your face 2 face activities as a troll behind the computer, being nothing but a creepy jack ass!

Nina hasn't been run off this board by Dougster. I just had a conversation today about her anxiety condition and she said she loses weight whenever she has her episodes because she can't eat from being nauseous. My guess is that Dougster helps her lose weight by triggering her anxiety attacks.

Apparently the show's start is being delayed a couple hours due to technical difficulties. Band width needs to be doubled in order for capacity of large novel like comments which make no sense.

Was you're not posting on TUSCL a side effect from the anxiety Nina? I find that whenever I have those anxious moments in my life that I plow my way through my routines, but crawl inside a hole and do not want to come out and see anybody!
The other thing I do is step up my eating skills to fill the lonely space inside myself. My shrink says I'm only eating my feelings, but I told him "then feelings are delicious!" My wife and kids are the only people that get to see me when I have anxiety, but I tell the doctor I'd rather take food than prescription drugs like Prozac. End of rant, sorry.

Basic income would triple the welfare budget if implemented, in the first year only according to Finland's attempt. Increased tax revenue would cover the cost on some of that, but no way nearly enough where the start of runaway deficits can be slowed, or catch up.
Thus adding deficits at this point in time clearly puts our national security at risk, SJG. The welfare system as is supplies much needed support for the marginalized. They can eat and have a cell phone all on government dollars.

Online he can claim he's a tough guy and troll people being a real asshole, but in real life I would give him one verbal warning.
