That is how Lloyd Schoene imagines he is a bad ass, when in reality he is the fool who would get slammed.

More true than you could ever imagine.

Does this mean that Hans Reiser is an honorary denizen of San Jose despite being from the other side of the bay in Oakland?

I had not known about this. It is disturbing. When people represent themselves in a major trail, it can get interesting. I'm going to look into this and follow it.

Recent San Jose double parricide:

Soquel, by Santa Cruz, 2012 double parricide, James Roland Henderson:

Don't know if either of these has been fully adjudicated yet. Of J. R. Henderson, I communicated with his lawyer when the case first got going. They changed tactics.

Hans Reiser , convicted of murder, 4 years ago, for killing his estranged wife. 15year sentence because he showed them where the body was buried.

Kids now suing for 7 million. ( Good ) Reiser defending himself.

To me it seems strange that he would even care, also strange that he thinks he has any chance of winning.

"He pauses and stares intently at me before explaining that he feels he has been discriminated against because he's a computer geek. "

I am trying to find a statement in one of these articles, where Reiser says that nerds are discriminated against in corporate culture. Try to find more to get an idea what his views really are and what he is like.

cnet.com

Sad story. Of course the reason we have divorce courts and juvenile dependency courts is so that it shouldn't come to homicide.

This also reminds me of the Scott Peterson case, wife missing, but then her remains found much later on.

"The Linux programmer's attorney argues his nerdy client is socially inept, strange, and paranoid--but not a murderer. Will the jury buy it?"

Kind of a stupid defense if you ask me. Completely irrelevant how much of a nerd he is.

Well here I find, "He pauses and stares intently at me before explaining that he feels he has been discriminated against because he's a computer geek. "

What I can personally attest to is that the overwhelming majority of the people working in Silicon Valley's Tech Sector are not geeks or nerds or anything of the sort. Rather they are conformist joiners, their parents brag to friends about their positions, and these are just people who want to get large salaries in order to buy goodies. Their understand of nearly everything is the very most shallow.

One girl was telling me about her husband, saying that he is not like that nerdy engineer stereo type. He is more like a surfer dude.

Well I didn't want to tell her, but that is the stereotype, the Joe Cool conformist.

Very few people in Silicon Valley who think outside of the herd.

Doyle Bramhall II, Smokestack - Green Light Girl

Plays with Eric Clapton. I observed in videos of him with Clapton, by looking close, and by watching him play as I listened, that he keeps his guitar strung backwards. He plays left handed, using a lefthander's body, but with the strings as they should be for a right hander.

Then I was able to find information about him which confirmed this. As a child he had to learn by picking up right hander's guitars.

In this video one brief showing of Doyle up close to a real hot looking black girl.

That sounds similar to a Managing Director, Test Systems Development at Maxim Integrated Products. Someone's mom would be very proud to tell all that the son whom lives in her basement holds this prestigious title for a semiconductor company in the San Francisco Bay Area!! Wow, this is the epitome of projection from our gravy breathing San Jose phenom.

Um, if Gaspard was in no danger from the kid at that point, i.e. the kid had already surrendered, and it looks like he did, that could be construed as assault. If the kid attacked him once outside (doesn't look like it, but there's that suspicious blacked out/obscured section), then he deserves what he gets.
