It's long gone now, but at Cheaters in Providence it was nearly impossible to get a non-extras dance from any dancer. They would flat out tell you that it wasn't worth their time / effort. And there was a cadre of dancers there that would fuck anyone with cash, regardless of hygiene, creepiness, etc.
Granted, these weren't top-shelf dancers...
That's the closest I've ever seen to a club where extras were guaranteed.

I will not allow a strip club to scan my ID. Full stop.
I know of one guy who paid something like $75 to $150 for a scannable fake ID just for this purpose.

Around me, extremely uncommon. Meaning, I haven't seen it.
For a while at the Foxy Lady, waitresses could optionally do lapdances and VIPs. I think the club charged extra to take a waitress off the floor. I'm not sure; I never did that. But I am pretty sure they don't do that anymore.

Sure, this isn't a troll (new or old in a new skin...).
And why wouldn't the 1 to 2 dancers who sporadically post here want to sign up with a "manager" who looks for dancers on an anonymous forum that has 98% male traffic.
Or... you're an actual moron if you're even considering that this is legit.

Currently, ChatGPT's content restrictions won't allow it to produce the sort of details that the average club customer wants to know.
So, if you're reading a strip club review that could just as easily be a nightclub review, then it's probably AI. If the spelling and grammar is nearly perfect, then it's definitely AI.

Most of the clubs around me focus on reposting dancer selfies announcing when they're working. Some occasionally post images of groups of dancers in a booth or by the bar. If there's a picture of a dancer on stage, then it's in an empty club (so, obviously staged). The point being that there's never customers in the shots.
The only exception I'll see is the make-it-rain and lapdance factory clubs where a lot of the marketing is about a packed club filled with guys throwing around piles of cash.
Yeah, I'd talk to management about that. Somebody isn't connecting the dots.

You're premise that guys who buy dances from dancers with tattoos / piercings are all "settling" presumes that ongoing changes to what is considered attractive is only happening on the female side of the equation. Fun fact... time changes everything, including what guys find attractive (regardless of whether or not you like it).
You might not like Suicide Girls (SG) models, but that media company continues to make money because there are plenty of guys who actively like that aesthetic. And it's not like the guys who choose to buy a SG subscription are "settling" because there are no other similar media companies that offer photo sets of other types of models. There's plenty of other options. Meaning, the guys who subscribe to SG actively like what they see there.
And that certainly doesn't mean you have to. I'm not here to argue for or against completely subjective tastes. But, this belief that most guys who spend money on tattooed/pierced dancers are all making frying pan vs. fire decisions is not realistic.

Motorhead said "So by that logic if you go to Starbucks and the barista gives you coffee with 20 packs of sugar because that’s what she likes, you just leave it on the table and walk out?"
So... by your logic you don't understand the difference between ordering a product and hiring a service provider.
If you're going to have sexy fun time with women decades younger than you, then don't expect them to have the same beauty standards you grew up with. If you want that, then look to age-appropriate women.
Also, stripping remains a non-mainstream job with at least some taboo attached to it. It's not surprising (except apparently to you guys...) that the job attracts a larger percentage of non-mainstream women, including those with more tattoos and piercings.
And yeah, when I go to the club and see a dancer with a good body, nice tits, etc., with tattoos and piercings, she's not struggling to make money. She's doing just fine. And if she likes how she looks and is making money based on how she looks, then it's pretty doubtful that random horny guy's finger-wagging opinions about her life choices is going to amount to much, except perhaps a local news story.
So, I say go for it. Please test out a number of ways to "subtly convey" how you don't like different dancers' looks, because the inevitable viral video will be my entertainment.

The New York Post (and other tabloid media) is well known for approaching creators on OF, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc., with "repost" contracts that allow them to share creator content while providing "exposure" as payment.
That content sharing usually entails coming up with an entirely fabricated "article" about the creator. Depending on the contract they sign, the creators often have little or no input to the article.
So, stuff like this is never true. It's pure click bait.

^ Then hire an escort.
But know that the convenient immediacy of an escort (at least the better ones) often includes a screening process that requires you to give up a lot of personal information. And they do that for the same reason dancers want to see a customer ITC a few times ITC: safety concerns and LEO entanglements.
It's not impossible to get OTC with a stripper the first night you meet her, but it's not easy and there's no magic-wand maneuver to make it easy. Generally, you need to locate a dancer that is either stupidly reckless or tragically desperate. And those dancers are out there, but not in the numbers that a lot of customers want to believe.
Also, I enjoy the time I spend in a strip club regardless of me getting OTC. I like getting dances and VIP. So, I'm not wasting time or money because I have fun there. If strip clubs aren't fun for you, then you shouldn't go there.
But if you're exclusively about inserting tab A into slot B, then hire escorts. Or, go to an AMP, which is the hallway vending machine of sex work.
But complaining that the entirety of strip club culture won't change itself to accommodate your impatience is a non-starter.

TUSCL has never been a gentle place. That won't change. When someone goes after me (whether I deserve it or not), I just remind myself that I can just not care about the typed words from an anonymous stranger on the internet.
OTC is a long(ish) game that you're trying to force into being a short game. For the most part, you can either play the long game or hire an escort.

Yeah... this reads like a yarn. But I guess I'll toss in 2 cents.
Getting OTC from a club and dancer that are both new to you is difficult. Usually, it won't pan out. What a lot of experience has taught me is that there's no secret maneuver on our part that makes a dancer magically ignore her Spidey sense.
Speaking of that, when you started offering stupid money that's when the dancer probably decided it would be stupid to accept the offer. Because she likely thought you were either a cop or someone who wanted to turn her into skin pajamas.
It's better to visit with that dancer a few times ITC to build some trust. No, you don't have to visit "20 times". When it has happened for me, it's usually after 2 to 5 visits on average.
If you're on some weirdly tight deadline to pay for your next squirt, then get an escort.
You've sworn that you're not creepy enough times in this thread for a lot of guys here to assume this is a "methinks thou dost protest too much" situation, and you actually throw off creepy like an open confection oven throws off heat.
Good luck... I guess.

If she didn't reply, then she probably doesn't want to share that information. Which probably means she wouldn't want guys here to share that information.
So maybe go have fun with dancers that you can find in the clubs sans the low-grade stalker energy.

Strip club culture is definitely changing, but that happens with everything. Dancers have more platforms to take advantage of and incorporate into their club work. It is true, though, that the smarter, harder working dancers can replace strip club work with other forms of revenue.
I like dancers with tattoos and piercings (though some more than others depending on aesthetic choices). I also like customers who hate tattoos and piercings, because they facilitate my fun in the club.
That said, I've watched many dancers with tattoos and piercings not remotely struggle to coax guys (older and younger) into lap dances and VIPs. So, in many cases I suspect that what people post about doing in the club doesn't quite match with what they actually do in the club.

It usually has more to do with how long they've had the job and how much OTC & ITC is happening around them.
A dancer that has been working for 3 months is generally more reluctant than a dancer that has been on the job for 3 years. This is especially true if they work around other dancers who offer wider menus.
