I kinda a laugh at the irony of this. The OP constantly posts quotes about how capitalism and Euro-Americans colonialism have made victims of the people. Yet I post a quote with an opposing socioeconomic viewpoint and get labeled as a “hater”. That’s precious.

Only the weak and uneducated play the victim card and have no ammunition other than baseless name-calling

it's clear for everyone that Thomas Sowell, (like the popular athletes, singers, actors and entertainers of Color), writes for White conservatives and who can't blame him.

I would like to get funding for my Math class lab and math field trips to the Happiest Place on Earth.

I would honestly like to dip into that conservative source of money.

A Black person who parrots conservative talking points can make a pretty penny. It is a good niche market for them.

Despite his bluster about Evidence and Facts that purportedly come to knock down the house of left economic and racial ideas, Sowell is unique even among the conservatives he’s usually cited with for his immunity to real knowledge and his social-scientific sophistry.”

When black conservatives such as Sowell and Thomas, achieve levels of prominence in society - instead of being applauded and honored for their achievements- they are ostracized and ridiculed by the left. It’s just further proof the left is not truly interested in racial equity. They just want to promote the idea that POC are oppressed and held down by The Man. Leftists such as the OP are really the racists is this country, not some white MAGA dude in Montana

THE UNDENIABLE TRUTH
"No government of the left has done as much for the poor as capitalism has. Even when it comes to the redistribution of income, the left talks the talk but the free market walks the walk. What do the poor most need? They need to stop being poor. And how can that be done, on a mass scale, except by an economy that creates vastly more wealth? Yet the political left has long had a remarkable lack of interest in how wealth is created. As far as they are concerned, wealth exists somehow and the only interesting question is how to redistribute it."

“Some men look at constitutions with sanctimonious reverence, and deem them like the ark of the covenant, too sacred to be touched.

They ascribe to the men of the preceding age a wisdom more than human, and suppose what they did to be beyond amendment...

But I know also, that laws and institutions must go hand in hand with the progress of the human mind.

As that becomes more developed, more enlightened, as new discoveries are made, new truths disclosed, and manners and opinions change with the change of circumstances, institutions must advance also, and keep pace with the times.”

THE UNDENIABLE REALITY

“It is the sufferings of the many which pay for the luxuries of the few.”

Wealth inequality in the world, also known as the wealth gap, is the unequal distribution of assets among residents of the world.

When can we start talking about the fact that exorbitant profits are merely unpaid fair wages?

An ideal distribution of the world’s wealth is one that assures that no individual human being is entirely without the means of housing and sustenance.

Most of our past and current “Economic Systems” Kingdoms, Feudalism, Capitalism etc etc create Poverty, Greed, Violence, Disease, and Environmental Destruction

The so-called “Two Party System” in The United States is really two sides of the same coin.

Both political parties serve the interests of the corporate robber barons and politicians, who have become rich through ruthless and unscrupulous business practices.

History shows that big business and big government can collude to keep profits flowing to the former and contributions flowing to the latter.

Some in the system will benefit from this criminal form of profit and will defend the system because of it.
