I already know Papi (at least from hanging out), so I'll say shadowcat for two reasons: 1) he's the king of Follies, and 2) other than SCing, we have so little in common that I doubt my identity would be useful to him.

Worst...this girl I met in college. She also had no chest at all - seriously, mine was comparable and I'm not a "manboob" guy and even less rhythm. I preferred her HJs. Funny thing is, looking back I should've worked with her and married her. Welp.

If you want ITC, go to Pasco. Period. I'll stop just short of saying not to consider anywhere else. Brass and Allure are excellent places to start.

I hate being one of few customers. I feel like a target (although this varies greatly by club). I'd rather be in the Saturday night crowd at Tootsies.

tl; dr - As Peter Tips might say, dancer quality doesn't matter past a certain point.
Like chandler said, you don't go to the SC for average. My two favorite clubs are Follies and Tootsies, which pretty well fits the description of the 'opposite' club that is in the original post.
Here's where the difference is to me: there's no club that I know of in either city that is like the other. No Follies in Miami, no Tootsies in the A. Of the Follies dancers I've sampled, I'd say that I would get dances from 2/3 of them if they were at Tootsies. Then again, I think I have a more positive view of dancer quality at Follies than most...actually, I gave the dancer quality at Follies the same rating as I did at Tootsies (but I've seen better at Tootsies since that visit). At the same time, I don't have as many positives to say about the dancer quality at Mons than most people do. That star rating doesn't tell the whole story.
If the two were in the same place, I'd alternate because the vibe is different. Money doesn't really matter. I operate on what Peter Tips calls the "Dushku Limit" - if she looks good enough (or is attractive enough in other ways) for me to get a dance from, I'm getting one. If she's 7 or above, it's go time. She doesn't get extra points for being a 10 - and as many of us will attest, the dance will probably be worse from a 10.

I appreciate learning the truth about Baby Dolls. My expectations were way too high before this thread (I'm going to Dallas in April). I'll need to re-evaluate some things when planning out non-wrestling entertainment.
I agree with the seeming consensus that Follies' dancer quality is underrated. I've seen some pretty girls at Follies. I can't recall seeing anyone who's made me snap my neck to get a second look, but they have some attractive dancers. By the way...rick: Follies day >>>>>>> Follies night. It's not even close.
Inner Room was up there for me, but I haven't heard the best things since my last visit there in April. I think most of it has to do with the tape, but I heard that was removed. Maybe I'll visit on my way home in December.

Of the ones I've gone to (mainly in Tampa, South Florida, Atlanta, and New Orleans) I'd say it's between Follies and Tootsies. As others have mentioned, Tootsies has better-looking girls on average but the value is much better at Follies. If they were in the same town I'd probably alternate between them as opposed to choosing one over the other as a primary club. I've never gone to the Detroit clubs.
@ranukam: Don't waste your tme at KOD. It's fallen off since 2012. Just save your money for Tootsies: prices are the same and it's only a couple of blocks away.

It looks like it's just in ABC order sorted by city first and then by club name, although it's weird that the city is listed second. The strange thing to me (although I understand the reasoning) was always the specificity of the cities.
For instance, South Florida: I'm from there, so I know that Oakland Park and Lauderhill and Davie and Pompano Beach and Sunrise are all within 10-15 minutes of each other. A visitor may not understand that, especially now that the club phone numbers aren't listed like they used to be.

Piggybacking on Papi's statement about KOD being better in 2012 (by the way: he's right), I had the pleasure of running into a lovely lady named Mia the night before WrestleMania 28. She was the one I had to have, or who caught my eye, or whatever. We got 5 dances - she seemed surprised that I had enough for that, but she could've gotten at least twice that much - and she asked me for my Twitter info. I gave it to her and she actually followed me. We were mutual follows for a couple years, which actually led to Pamela Alexandra and me becoming mutual follows for about the same amount of time.
Disco Rick was taking some KOD girls on a tour and asked people for suggestions on whom to take, and I suggested Mia. They got together and she went on the tour. All of a sudden she was in the Pop That and Bandz a Make Her Dance videos and she started dating Joe Budden. She's much more famous now and likely doesn't remember me, but alas.

IIRC, I learned about TUSCL from SW. As most everyone knows, SW provides a different perspective on the hobby so I came over here for a sense of balance. I was SCing for maybe 3.5 years before getting into sites. The NO strip club site was first since I was planning a NO trip for WrestleMania. It's the one thing my friend who was going with me and I have in common re: nightlife (I'm really more at home in dance clubs, but that's not his thing). I then learned about Peter Tips and then SW and then TUSCL. I've recently started reading USASG...for whoever thinks TUSCL is hardcore, those guys really get after it.
Didn't have any preconceived notions about TUSCL, other than it coming more from the customer POV (which it obviously does, in comparison to SW).

Crap...this is the kind of stuff that can get a club shut down, and I'm going to Tampa in January.
Papi's description of the place is correct: I've been there 5-6 times. The "2AMer" thing is funny when it comes to this club because no one's there yet at 2. It doesn't pop until about 3:15-3:30 and starts to slow down around 5. Lights usually come on at 6. It's not the type of place most TUSCLers would go to, for quite a few reasons.

This is actually pretty easy for me: a policy analyst at the Capitol, the receptionist at the office where my place of employ does its banking, and this one attorney at the place I used to work. Saw a guy almost get hit by a car gawking at the attorney once.
