As of a few years ago (things might have changed over the past few years), Only one club out here that doesn't schedule (and enforce that scheduling), and that club definitely benefited from it ... there were girls who only worked that club, strictly because of the flexibility.

I have a couple of buddies like that, at least with respect to women. The rest of us all make fun of them, but you know what? Those guys have insane fun, any strip club we go to, no matter how dismal. One of my favorite conversations from some years back. My buddy and I are sitting in a strip club, 15-20 girls, but the lineup is incredibly weak. He asks me how many of the girls I like. "There's one or two girls here I'd think about. What about you?" He tells me, "Every one. I'd fuck every single girl here." "Even that one over there?" "Yeah, even that one over there."
And he proved that over and over, he was just turned on by women, period. If she was over a 5, he seemed to be fine with it. And, on the one hand, I'm glad I wasn't touching or letting some of those beasts dance on me. But have to admit, in some ways I envy how much fun he had, at rock bottom $, at every club no matter how weak

Hell, at most clubs, if there's only 7 girls on shift, even seeing four 8s is pretty shocking. If there's only 7 girls, it'll be a slow shift, or it's the beginning of the shift, and the hotter girls often don't come in during those times. A few years back, I walked into a strip club at the beginning of a swingshift, there were only 5 girls on shift, of whom one was a 7.5, the rest were solidly in the 8s. I remember being so incredibly impressed that I remember this, years later.
Four 10s out of 7 girls? Well, bless the guy for having low standards -- he's probably really enjoying himself!

So you've tried it? I'm saying I've read reports in the past few days of that working. I believe you if you tried it; just saying that if you're making an assumption, might be worth checking
The other thing worth doing -- nearly any decent credit card these days has a mechanism to let you generate a one-time card number. That won't work if you're trying to stay anonymous; but if you're just trying to avoid SA having a card number that they can auto-renew or is susceptible to hackers, this won't be.

Most of the time, we meet at a bar or restaurant near the place, have drinks and food, and then head to the hotel... I check in, and we head straight to the room. You're hanging out at the hotel bar... before you check in? After? And the hotels you go to, the hotel bar is within eyeshot of the front desk? Just trying to figure out what the hotel bar might have to do with it...

I've honestly never had any trouble at any hotel, ever, at least not that I can remember offhand. Most of the time the girl is standing next to me; I suppose I have, a few times, had her hang back and wait while I checked in. Are you sure you're not imagining it?

I have only the vaguest notion of how those caverns of wonder work, but... while I understand the girls want to make sure they're not discharging on their customers, I also can't imagine it's super fun to insert or a remove a mostly-dry tampon, and it is definitely true that if left in too long, it can cause infections and toxic shock.

Far be it from me to argue with that :) But I do think that the girls whose business model is built more on regulars, tend to honor appointments pretty well; hell, even girls whose business model isn't built on having regulars, seem to be thrilled and honor their appointments when they do get a regular. I say this because I've been thinking back on the past 4 or 5 years of SCing, and I can think of only 2 times when a stripper didn't follow through to my satisfaction on an appointment; both were by the same girl, one was nightshift so I figured it was unreasonable to expect compliance, the 2nd time was dayshift, and I next'ed her because of it. And this was not for lack of opportunity, there have been lots of times when my CFs seemed to have high-$ options.
In short, my experience is that, short-term thinking or not, strippers do tend to honor appointments with their regulars. At least, if you're a slow-shift regular. If you go during busy shift, you better have $$$ to get the same behavior. It's not about "loyalty", it's about her recognizing that a consistent regular $200-$400 payout beats a one-time $800-1000 payout at the risk of losing her regular.

Strip clubs are not the favored market of the sex industry, there won't be a wholesale move to them. Instead, I think madgracy is right, one or more of the offshore-based alternatives will obtain critical mass. But it will remain in online media. In the meantime, "legit" media such as Tinder and SA have both seen big influxes

Cowboy: ah, you did make an appointment. It's been insanely rare for me that a stripper hasn't honored an appointment -- though again, I'm so optimized on the slowest shifts that she'd really have to think twice about letting a consistent regular down for any reason. If this were Saturday midnight appointment, that'd be one thing, I'd expect to be out-whaled constantly. The last time a CF didn't honor a "Monday at noon" appointment, I moved on to a new CF; no hard feelings, but if she won't give me the experience I'm looking for, then next.

This is Thrillist, not PList. It seems to me they're prioritizing hotness over everything else -- their priorities are "all show, doesn't matter if there's no go"; meanwhile, guys here love extras clubs full of high volume 6s (thanks rick).
Anyway, the question is: how'd they do, using that as the criteria? I haven't been to the CA club they mention, but as far as "all show no go" goes, they made a good choice in Sapphire for NV. Anyone else have comments on their state?
