I am retiring on June 20th 2018 at the tender age of 60. i will have a combined pension/ dividends/ interest income of $102,000. Once i turn 70 I will have an income of 156000. You gotta' plan for this time of life if you want to waste 1200 a month in the clubs.

Since I am a gentleman I prefer the gentlemens clubs. This not include the pretentious over the top Vegas style clubs as no gentleman goes for flash. For me it is a mixture of cleanliness, good lighting, good food, good liquor selection, good ventilation or non-smoking . Good management is hard to see but you can feel the difference between a relaxed and a tense business. Over-priced drinks are the toll we pay for this highway but i do not like mandatory valets and bathroom fees. Obviously this limits my mongering but then... I am always at my ease.

Way too much analysis for me. If theyr'e hot I'll spring for the trip ,if not i don't. Drinking only leads to less introspection.

Given that we humans have the capacity of imagination i don't see a problem here. I think it has to do with the fact that we are , for the most part, old farts. Unless you agree that the poor are poor because they are stupid there is no reason to be poor .I work for a community college and there aren't any barriers to being a student here.
