As long as she is accepting money from this guy its her own problem. She can say no way whenever he shows up at the club and get the bouncers to get him to back off. Doesnt sound like thats happening. God knows what she has promised him and how much $$$ she has fleeced from this guy.
Not even close to your problem unless she is now your GF or you are best friends. Even then she should stop leading this guy on before next steps taken.

I am gonna take the contra argument. I am a bull in this argument for club owners.
As a club owner you are entering a high risk venture that requires a high degree of business acumen, balls and nerve. Lawsuits are par for the course...patrons, dancers, employees, state institutions. Its the cost of doing business in this world.
Survival is predicated on your abilty to weather the constant storm.
What I especially appreciate is that they make these busineses that when I walk in the door i am treated well in this fantasy land and I dont have to deal with this bs. I happily pay my door charge, drink premium and valet. My premium goes to someone who has to deal with the dirty business I can just walk away from anytime.
Owners deserve a premium on their investment.

I look for something unique that sets her apart from other girls that I find attractive and compelling. Not customer shit but something legit. Almost all girls love complements especially if its something subtle that most dont take the time or effort to appreciate. Or I just make her smile with some smart ass comment on her hotness.

1. No. Not only no but fuck no.
2. Fuck background checks unless you want your identity out there in some database. See #1. Most girls are fine with that if you meet them and you both gets the right vibes.
3. No. Quote whatever you are comfortable with. If you screen out girls who want high rollers well good, most of those girls are GPS girls not worth your time.
4. Cash only. Most girls love it most. Venmo is ok but Pay Pal leaves an email source.
5. Take your time and screen. Most girls wont reach out to you first so you need to make contact. Make sure you have some flattering pics in your private profile to share.
6. Get at least a one month paid account. You cant read messages until you do. Use a generic gift card and do not use a personal credit card if you want some anonymity.
Dont be in a rush, never pay sight unseen or upfront with a new girl. Figure out what is looking for in the relationship, sometimes she doesnt know but almost always its just for fun and of course she needs $. So make it fun, dont be a douch and treat her like a p4p machine. She is likely curious and exploring her own desires and needs.
Ignore the trollbots here like SJG and save yourself a little time by not wasting your words.

Why not try this...take her on a trip with you for a few weeks after detox. Go someplace you have both never been together. Make is someplace relaxing with no opportunity for her old vices and habits to come back. The goal is for you both to relax and wind down with no drama. Give each of you the space to find yourselves again and maybe, just maybe she will have some self reflection and get some clarity and assume some responsibility.

If you are short term cash strapped I can see the logic but you always have to pay the taxes regardless later with a potential penalty if you underwithold. If you are disciplined with your finances its always better to pay 1$ later as long as there are no interest charges or penalies. Thats money you can put to work investing now to the time taxes are due. But I suspect most folks are just blowing it on stupid shit.
