@joc13 LOL. I actually had a girl back up to me on stage a couple of weeks ago and ask if the string was visible.

If you've given her money and told her there's more where that came from if she'll spend time with you AND she still doesn't come hang with you.......why in gods name do you still want her?
While you think about that I'll point out that even though you may not see her making money from the guy she's sitting with, it's entirely possible that she's getting paid in ways you can't see; quite possibly at times you can't see.

It's not untraceable at all. The entire blockchain (Bitcoin ledger, sort of) is public information.

There's a LOT of denial over at stripperweb. SBs are often in denial that what they do is prostitution.

With so many clubs, there must be between one and two thousand strippers in the Portland metro area. Only a small minority of those girls have Xoticspot profiles, and fewer still keep their Xoticspot page up to date. Most dancers I meet are unaware that Xoticspot exists.

@SJG I'm guessing that Xoticspot is giving you a skewed view of who dances there. There certainly are a few "street hooker" types working there, especially on the late shift (9-close). The vast majority seem like typical Portland dancers. OTC is maybe a little easier to arrange there because the amount of money in the club is less than the other West-side clubs.
Anyway, when I think of a Portland dive strip club, I'm thinking of places like Dream On, or the Boom Boom Room, or Tommy's Too; places where dancers go when the better clubs won't hire them.

Stopped by last night. Place was surprisingly busy. Bouncer had a brand new wand and wanded everyone before entry. One dancer told me they were still cleaning blood off the doorstep when she arrived (victim was trying to run back into the club when shot).

Not a dive of dives, but a large percentage of the customer base is from the lower rungs of the socio-economic ladder. I'm mildly surprised to see that happened there. Woke up to multiple txts asking if I was at the club when it happened. I suspect the already thin crowds will get smaller. We'll see if the place survives.

Have you ever tried to stick a silver dollar into a stripper's G-string?
LOL. That's not a surgical modification. She just had a heart shaped tattoo done around her nipples. I've seen it on a couple of girls. Also, tattooed-on nipples are common in post mastectomy breast reconstructions.

I tell them the truth, though I try to be constructive about it. "This works, but that doesn't," or "I think you look better in this outfit; or that other outfit shows off your tits or ass better." This is one area of my life where I don't feel like I have to be tactfully dishonest. Some girls even seem to appreciate the honesty and constructive criticism.

It kind of weirds me out that I personally know multiple Portland strippers who've done time for pulling out a gun and shooting a customer club. I know even more who carry a gun in their tiny purses. Thankfully, I've never actually witnessed a shooting.

Haven't seen that, but it's pretty common for a dancer who's trying to entice me into a dance to sit as close as she can, facing me, with one or both knees between my legs.

Racism is everywhere, sometimes subtle and sometimes not. Six months ago I was sitting in a bar conversing with a Native American guy. We'd been talking for a while when he said, "I don't want to sound racist or anything, but you're pretty cool for a white guy."
I've also had black dancers tell me they don't like black customers because they're "cheap" or "expect to get with a girl for free" or are "pimps." It's hard to impossible for me, a white guy, to say if this is due to racism, the dancer thinking I'm racist (and therefore likely to respond to racist statements), or confirmation bias.

Daniel's not the sharpest tool in the drawer, but the scheme the Justice Dept alleges they used is well within his comprehension level. He was (is?) the computer guy for the club.
In retrospect I'm not surprised to learn that David was an MP. He carries himself kind of like a cop.

"Daniel Kiraz's lawyer Noel Grefenson contended that any suggestion of a scheme to defraud the government was "far beyond" his client's comprehension."
Heh. I know all of them. The only surprise in that article is the fact that the champagne room couch is red. It's way too dark in there to see colors.

I wonder how much of that story is true. Several years ago Portland was labeled as a hub for child sex trafficking. It turned out that many of the "facts" used to support that label were made up and most of the rest was "creative" use of statistics. The Portland story was debunked by our local newspaper, but not before it made national news.

Reasons I've personally seen strippers fired:
Fighting
Stealing from the other girls
Caught with drugs
Caught by one customer fucking another customer
Mouthing off too often or angrily or drunkenly to management
And once, when a girl was sent home for being too drunk, she ran behind the bar and started chucking pint glasses into the crowd. She managed to launch half a dozen before the bouncer wrestled her to the ground. That one got fired and then jailed.

Funny that your dancer has an ID to make her look younger. It seems like the usual situation is that young people want fake IDs to look older.
At one club near here dancers 18-20 years old must wear an orange wristband to identify themselves to liquor enforcement agents as being unable to work the floor. Minors can dance in alcohol clubs but cannot be in areas where alcohol is served except to dance.
Anyway, one day I go in and notice that a fav, who had previously been passing as over 21,is wearing an orange band. When I asked her if she'd had a reverse birthday she laughed and said the club had discovered her over-21 ID was a fake and that now she has to wait another year and a half until she can work the floor.

Who the fuck is Ninabambina?
A dancer I know well tells me she needs to average $300 per day, six days a week. That's about right for her to support her and her unemployed boyfriend's living expenses and heroin habits. She's a day girl, so there's no way she can average that in the club. She supplements her club income by taking customers home after her shift.
I'm guessing that roughly half her income (~$45000/year) comes from the club and half from OTC activities.

It can be dangerous to quit xanax or other benzodiazipines cold turkey. She'll need to taper her usage over time, assuming she actually wants to quit. Many drug users acknowledge that they need to quit but are unwilling or unable to do the work necessary to actually quit.
On a related note, I question whether her xanax use is really causing financial difficulties. Xanax is relatively cheap, even at street prices (check out streetrx.com for drug street prices in your area). Perhaps she's using xanax to potentiate other drugs that you're unaware of.

Was heading to my car, leaving a club one night when a young woman approached me, told me she was on her way to a different club. When I told her I never went to her club she offered her number and said she also does private shows.
Also, I've never experienced it myself, but I occasionally see guys sitting in their cars in strip club parking lots with a girl's head bobbing their laps.
