is being an underage dancer SS?

This is about untalkable latina "wanna dance" low mileage dancer that first started at my SC in Nov 2015. Thin tiny spinner I could pickup with 1 hand. Her LDs are no touching but topless. She never takes off any clothes on stage but gets great tips while all others do topless on stage, 50% do nude on stage. Once a month I get a 1 LD from her to see if her dances and attitude changed or not, but otherwise I think she is a waste of money. Today I approach her for my monthly test LD from her. This time she is more chatty than all previous interactions. In all previous interactions, anything I ask her is met with an off topic irrelevant LD upsell "Whats you age?" "I want fun, lets go for dance". I ask where she is from and she says Uruguay but she has no papers. I ask her what her age is. My state's age of consent law is 16. She said 16. I then smiled and laughed and didn't say anything. She then asks me to play guess my age, I was wrong every time (18, 19, 23, 25) She then said she is over 20 and switches the subject to the Belgium bombing (wow, finally she can say something other than wanna dance). Now what would you do after this interaction? Buy more knowing she is underage but its the SC's problem not yours, or not a problem at all, if a 16 year old wants to strip, she can. Buy more knowing its SS and she is >= 18. Refuse to buy dances and move onto another dancer. Refuse to buy dances and goto the local police precinct and file a human trafficking complaint. If she is underage, why would she tell me 16 and not 18? Is 16 what ever other PL tells her in guess my age? I can see why they would say that. Is 16 what every other PL fantasizes her to be? Is this her SS to sell herself to customers or she was dead serious when she said 16 initially. I predict the responses to this thread will be very interesting.

    I'd take her for this month's test LD. I'm assuming she had to show some kind of ID or something to become an independent contractor there and still be there since Nov. She's probably loose by now so her hustle is beginning to evolve.

    Whatever age the Dancer claims to be is probably SS, 68-95% of the time. I know at least one dancer confessed to me that she has a fake ID that she uses at club so she can plausibly tell everyone (incl. club staff) that she s 24 instead of actual, older age. Like us custies, even staff have a preference for hiring younger women. So I hardly blame the dancers. They do what gets them hired. Why 24? She started dancing at 23 and used that age with customers. She kept using that age, but after a while people start led catching on that she wasn't aging. Going back and forth with it she observed something unexpected. There were certain ages where customers expect you to 'age' each year and the there were certain ages where customers expect you to be 'frozen' at. Ages 25 and over were considered 'old.' Since 24 was considered a 'frozen' age (ideal) in some ways, she used that. She walks with other dancers and some of them use 19 or 22 in the same was she uses 24. Others use 27. I found it fascinating that custies have preconceptions about acceptable and preferable ages for dancers. Even if the ages are fabrications.

    I don't care about age. If she's working in a club, it's not my responsibility.

    Well once she told you she is 16.... You could be on the hook because you know her age. Look how they get people in stings with younger girls.... - Idiots call to get an escort. They make arrangement.... "escort" calls back says Im not available but I have a younger friend. Ask what is age of friend... they give young age 15(depending on states legal consent laws). Guy says ok. When they show up they drill him for prostitution and also under age stuff. So I would be careful. But you said in your state legal age of consent is 16. But if she is telling 16 is she younger??? So just be careful. I myself if I heard that in your situation. I would say show me id or I will get dances from you when you are 18+ or what ever is the law to be legally dancing in the clubs. Because you say she doesn't get naked on stage. Which means the club might let her work but can't get naked. Well when she is naked in LD room and she is on your lap.... Could be some LE issues. Or LE could want to make your life a living hell. But I am not a lawyer and would just say be careful.

    @Dominic77 Funny that your dancer has an ID to make her look younger. It seems like the usual situation is that young people want fake IDs to look older. At one club near here dancers 18-20 years old must wear an orange wristband to identify themselves to liquor enforcement agents as being unable to work the floor. Minors can dance in alcohol clubs but cannot be in areas where alcohol is served except to dance. Anyway, one day I go in and notice that a fav, who had previously been passing as over 21,is wearing an orange band. When I asked her if she'd had a reverse birthday she laughed and said the club had discovered her over-21 ID was a fake and that now she has to wait another year and a half until she can work the floor.

    I would not ever take a chance with a girl who even claims to be underage. That is territory one must never go into, even if it is just SS. SJG
