The trial mentioned here a couple of weeks ago (tuscl.net) concluded today with the three male defendants found guilty: justice.gov. The only female defendant, the wife of one of the owners and the bookeeper, was aquitted.
I'm guessing that sometime in the next few months the Treasury Department will take ownership of my favorite Portland club. :/
