It's the same reaction your wife had to you. Did any of it advance the conversation?

As ther others have said. You escalated this argument. If this is somerhing she does regularly, This should have been discussed long ago.
She was wrong for sending you a text of your mistake with the word disgusting, You were wrong and made it worse by saying fuck you. If it pissed you off that much, ignoring it would have been better.
Then you were over ther top wrong for saying it was cunty. There are thousands upon thousands of things you could have said different than you did. She seemed to be over it and enjoyed the dinner you made. You should have just said my bad and given her a different way to approach you the next time you make a mistake.
My ex- wife wrote me emails and letters ripping me a 1000 times worse than what your wife did for minor things and I never called her a cunt. I never even called her a bitch to her face. I called her a bitch in my head, but never to her face. Why? Because arguing never solved a problem and name calling never changed another person's mind. All it does it hurts the other person and damages your relationship.
The old sticks and stones adage is complete bullshit. Name calling not only hurts but invariably leads to worse things because she won't forget you said it.
This is someone you supposedly love. Instead of going to the club tonight, you should apologize and do something nice for her. She may have been slightly out of line for what she did, but you went to defcon 5 over it which was completely unnecessary.
Just my two cents, take it for what's it's worth from someone who's been there.

Agreed this is a safe club. But in reality, no place is completely safe in this day and age. People get pissed and teach for weapons.

I think eating before sex is a product of the dating environment. That's kinda how it is always done.
I think what subra said anot building things up is part of it too.
Your relationship with the woman could determine things too. Some guys are only about the sex and might want to be done after the sex and not go to dinner after.
Personally it doesn't matter to me. But most of the time either dating/ married or in my OTC life, dinner has almost always come first.

I'm not quite sure how they are going to find their niche in this market. The crackdowns at BML and HL help their cause but I don't know if that's enough. There will be some initial curiosity but after that wears off I think things go downhill

I don't think everyone will agree on this as we will never agree on what we consider a 10.

I've always stated I'll take the 6 with the 10 performance over the 10 with the 6 performance.
If im getting a 10 performance, that means im getting everything I want out of the experience. With a 6 performance I'm not getting everything I want and how hot the girl is irrelevant to me.
Looks are important, but not the end all be all for me.

Baseball. Bar none. For many of the reasons listed.
In baseball you have to start playing as a kid (before age 10) or you have almost no chance of playing at the major league level.
Lorenzo Cain is a notable exception (he started in high school].
In basketball and football and even golf there are plenty of examples of players who started playing the sport in college or as an adult and made to the highest level.
