Because porn stars draw in a different group of customers who don't spend anything on the house dancers. Meanwhile, their regulars tend to stay away when they know there'll be a porn star in the club, because it disrupts everything they go to the club for.
On top of that, a porn star who outdances all the strippers is an exception. They're usually pretty lame on stage and just there to go around raking in cash from their porn fans.

This in incorrect. Pfizer's patent does not apply in India. Sildenafil sold from there is pharmaceutically identical to Viagra. The only difference is marketing and price. There is also "fake Viagra" on the market, but that's a separate issue.
