What are your favorite extras from best to least favorite?     I agree with Estafador and SJG. I DON'T GO FOR EXTRAS. I like all of the above but have never considered them as Extras. They go with the deal. In a GFE YOU DON'T PAY YOUR GIRLFRIEND FOR SEX.     I agree with jestrite50 and shadowcat. GFE only. Sure, in a strip club everything costs money. I would agree that many are but there are also quite a few I have known who I sincerely care about and they care about me. How many dancers have bought you Christmas gifts ?
