Solid article with great points. One that I want to add emphasis to is....don't pay anything before hand. I did that once and got burned for $400. She was hot though....so hot. I got caught up in my thinking and wasn't ,making logical decisions. No matter how hot she is, don't give her money when you aren't even at your locale yet. As for the girls that do this, I love the description of the different types of girls. It is spot on. The only thing I would add is come equipped with patience and maybe be thinking about the long game...if you are a regular monger and build up trust that can work as well. I have had success in that arena.

There was a dancer in Portland a few years back that was trying to unionize the girls in many of the clubs downtown. Her company and her dances were not enjoyable. It was almost like she hated being at work and thought that men should give her money simply for being... Well, I can say I hoped out of that after I got a dance one night when I was a bit too drunk and basically had to listen to a lot of veiled criticisms of men and the clubs in general. I doubt this is going to work or last. It just isn't a thing that should be in this industry.

Whenever a girl requires a mandatory tip for a lap dance, it is a hard no from me.

Craziest things I have seen: Was at a club in Colorado Springs and there was a couple in the audience. They were in the part of the club that was not that crowded and he ended up getting FS when she was sitting on his lap and they were watching dancers on stage. I know some will ask how I know it was FS....you basically couldn't not know. Eventually a bouncer came back and told them to tone it down. Was at a club in Baltimore with a two story pole. The dancer shimmied her way to the top of the pole and then slipped and fell to the floor. I don't think she broke anything, and certainly not her neck. Her face was all bloody and they took her away on a stretcher once the ambulance got there. Was at a club in Syracuse in the dead of winter. The dressing room was in the basement and the club on the main floor. Well I started noticing some smoke or fog coming from a vent...and very quickly determined it was smoke and noted out of there about 15 seconds before everyone else realized it was smoke and got the hell out of the club. It was probably 5 degrees outside and was kind of humorous watching all of the girls come out in various states of undress. The fire department eventually came to put out the fire and happily handed out blankets to all of the girls. Finally, I didn't see it, but a story I have heard many time is that a customer had a heart attack and died in a club that is now closed that was a little outside of Baltimore.

I think you may by on to something Dallas702, but I know at least one of the clubs (Fuego) is not an "after hours" club....That being said, none of these clubs are on my go-to list...and I am super glad also that Showcase wasn't on the list.

I also wonder if some of the girls will migrate north into the Baltimore area and we will see some new faces...? But I also worry about an influx of customers making it more crowded than I like...but I guess I have to deal with that since more customers equals more money...more money equals better quality dancers.

I'm in the same boat as OP. I recently relocated for work and tried to go back to my old club from a few years back. I have tried a few times without success...by that I mean that the visits were uneventful and I actually didn't have that great a time in the club. Because of this, my frequency of visits has dropped off and also in part because I don't want to spend a ton of money to earn back my regular status just to have the same old tired girls that have been working there for years...

I think it was 11 minutes for me...small club and was approached immediately by a dancer who always got it done for me....I barely lasted through the first song and cut the second song short....I paid her $60 (songs are $30 each) and was out the door. I personally like to stay and survey the talent, but for whatever reason I decided to see how quickly (and cheaply) I could make a visit.

Thanks for the insight. I have done a little of my own research and figured that it would be a pretty barren drive...I just wanted to make sure there wasn't some hidden gem I was missing.

To me, Vegas is just a waste in general. You get a bunch of ROBs travelling down there looking to do nothing more than make a tourist part with his (or her) money. In my experience, the girls weren't that spectacular, the prices were outrageous and the mileage was abysmal. Take your money and go gamble instead. If you win, you'll still get a nice rush of endorphins and then have some money to spend on a girl back home.

And in my experience, some extras come with time and overall cash spent. So the club may not be an extras club for the normal PL...but for us uber PL's it is...

Definitely keep my habit to myself. There is only one other buddy who knows the extent of my habit (errrr hobby). Other than that...nobody knows and I prefer to keep it that way.

There is one working in Portland. She was at Golden Dragon for a long time but I haven't seen her in a few months.

That part of town is getting to be straight-hood. There are shootings out there on an almost daily basis. I'm not sure any of the clubs out there are worth the risk. I haven't seen or heard anything to indicate they are fun.

It sounds like they interviewed this stripper I used to get dances from in Portland until she started talking to me about wanting to form a stripper union or some shit...she was all into stripper rights and all this other BS. It was the kind of stuff you find on stripper web.

I've only encountered a few dancers that just wouldn't quit asking...after I reach a certain level of annoyance I have an epic line I use...it's like Luke Skywalker blowing up the Death Star...in fact I think I made a girl cry. So here it is: When they keep asking and asking why I don't want a dance, I reply: "This place is about fantasies, and you're not mine..."

I bring in $6675 a month after taxes. I am single, no child support payments or alimony payments or anything like that. This year so far, I have been spending an average of $775/month in the clubs...but, I only get dances from proven performers or first timers with whom I am giving a little audition to...I have also been trying to cut back my habit, but haven't really been having much luck with that.

I do something that is described a bit above in two posts... 1) I ask every few songs for a dance count. It helps me keep track and tends to keep her honest. 2) If the count comes up skewed at the end or if she makes some other false claim, I will politely pay her and then NEVER get another dance from her. For me it is that simple.

All you have to say is.... "this place is about fantasies and you're not mine..."

Only reviewed the same club...done it twice....the review is not at all in line with the club. There isn't really a private room. There is a private dance area, but there is absolutely no touching either way...it is the definition of air dance.
