I do. And then I have a standard joke that I make about it. I ask the dancer, "Do you want to know how I keep them soft?" She always says, "Yes." Then I point to the stage and say, "I don't do pole tricks." It's among my repertoire of strip club jokes when I first meet a dancer and gets a laugh every time.

@ motor: In a previous thread, DG mentioned her club has lockers. (It was where discussion was made of dancers on their cell phones, an excessive amount of time, while on the floor. DG indicated that it was her practice to keep her cell phone in her locker.)

DG, To elaborate on what GMD said: You're lucky to work in a club where management cares enough about its dancers to take the time and effort to help you. There are plenty of clubs, that even with security cameras that could be viewed to reveal a thief, the club management won't take the time to do it. They might say to you, "You're an independent contractor. How you take care of, and manage your own business is up to you." You are fortunate that your problem got resolved so easily.

@ Steve: In his thread, the OP says he was age 18 when he had his first relationship with a dancer. If you read his profile, he says he's now 34. So he would have been 18 in 1998. Pagers were still in use then. I recall a job I had in the late '90's, where our field personnel had both pagers and cell phones. The company soon got rid of the pagers, because the people with them said that no one was paging them anymore. Only call them on their cell phones. To speculate regarding your question, it was probably the late '90s into the early '00s where he referred to the use of a pager.

Hots, It happened at Deja Vu, North Hollywood, CA. Maybe in the early '00s. I remember it very well, among the humorous moments I've had in strip clubs. To condense your statement, it could be termed a "comedy of horrors."

I was in a strip club once where someone must have accidentally leaned on the light switch and suddenly bright light filled the entire main floor. I joked to myself that everyone looked ten years older (customers as well).

Qac, You may have ascertained by now that TUSCL is not a good website to ask your question. Your question is so simple that I'd recommend you just call the club and ask. Surely from your description of her, they can tell you her name. But you may have to call the club, repeatedly, to find out when she works next.
If you're determined to get your answer on line, there are two other websites specifically devoted to Southern California strip clubs. I suggest you use them. In both sites, you can post your question specifically under the club you're interested in, or look to see if she's been mentioned. Maybe if you see her name again, you'll recognize it.

On TUSCL, an internationally read website, our members in Florida, New Zealand, and Timbuktu, won't care about one dancer in one club in Oxnard (bull balls), CA.

@ TxV: Good thought. After I wrote my comment and read your's, I went back and looked at the OP's history. He reviewed the same club in December, and described a similar experience. See:

(Scroll down to his December review.) But he's reviewed other clubs too--a couple in Dallas, and some in other states. So, I don't know what to think about his sincerity now.

I'll comment with the assumption that it was a sincere review. (Possibly posted for the wrong club, as Rockstar speculated.) Since the reviewer specifically mentioned that the bouncer was involved, it could have been a pre-organized scam between those three dancers and the bouncer. Scams certainly do occur in strip clubs. But this one with four people altogether, is among the largest I've ever read of. A more common scam is with just two dancers; they'll team up to cheat a customer. With two (or more) against one, the customer is more easily intimidated.

Bobo, The availability of extras dancer, and by club varies so much and changes so frequently that it would likely become dated information quickly if it was indicated as you have suggested.

I've noticed cold butts on a lot of dancers over the years. (I like to warm them up.) I sense that blood circulation isn't as good in the buttockal region as it is in other areas of the human body.

I prefer to avoid weekend day shifts, if I'm going clubbing to scout out new talent. They seem to be the slowest, and least productive periods. But, most of my club-going is to see my faves. So, I go to clubs when they work. One works day shift, only. One of her days is Sunday afternoons. Sometimes, I'll go to see her then, but I'm usually disappointed with the rest of the lineup at that time.
