My first club visit was at age 27 and here I am now age 34. According to most of the members on these boards I still qualify as young.
I've never really very many experiences that were truly awful. I made some mistakes early on, but I learned from them. Strippers and escorts are people. They all have different personalities. Some are really nice. Some can be a real bitch. If you have thick skin, you'll be just fine when dealing with them.
On several occasions, I've had strippers and escorts express to me their appreciation for dealing with someone that is younger than most of their customers typically are. In addition to being young, they appreciate the fact I act like a complete gentlemen when dealing with them. It makes them look forward to seeing me again.
I would mention specific experiences I've had over the years, but if I did, this would get into TL;DR territory.

I'm paid hourly, but I also receive incentive-based bonuses. Anywhere from 25-50% of my income is from these bonuses.

I prefer to see them nude. Most of my experience going to strip clubs has been going to completely nude clubs. The anticipation, followed by excitement, of seeing a really hot dancer for the first time as she is on stage and eventually removes those panties showing you every last inch of ber body.
As for dances, I've had high mileage dances that were both topless and nude, but you usually get better mileage during topless dances. I guess if they are going to grind, it feels better (and cleaner) for them to have panties on.

Thankfully I've never encountered a stripper with underarm hair. That would be a huge turn-off for me as well.
The worst I've encountered is a stripper that had a trimmed bush. My theory is, if they don't shave their pussy completely, it means they are hiding something. What they are hinding, I don't want to find out. My preference is bald, but I don't mind a landing strip.

Looks like the majority of us here find some accents to be very sexy.
I've actually learned something from this thread. I did not know there were different dialects of English accents. I appreciate all the knowledge from our English TUSCL members that contributed to this thread.
How could I forget about French accents? That would be 4th on my list.

#1 - I would not consider to be important, but chances are an OTC date would not want to be taken to a fast food joint for dinner. Hell, some may even balk at the idea of dining at Applebee's.
#2 - I would not consider this to be important, but from a masculinity standpoint, I myself would not feel comfortable holding their purse
#3 - This one is very obvious, unless you are one of those guys that is into having an MFM threesome
#4 - This is the most ovious one. If there is a guy on these boards that would be OK with their OTC date talking about what they do with other customers, please chime in.

Oddly enough, I've had the opposite happen to me. Two nights in a row at completely different clubs, I had a dancer ask me to help them put their bra back on. The first one was easy for me to figure out. The second one, I struggled and she ended up hooking it back together anyway.
When/if a dancer asks to me help them out of their clothes, I will gladly oblige.

When at the gym, I think to myself which one would most likely be a stripper. Half the women I see there on a regular basis have the body for it, but would probably never do it. The one criteria in my determining of a likely stripper is hair length. If their hair covers most of their back, I instantly think they could possibly be a stripper. There is one girl I see at the gym maybe once every few weeks that very easily could be a stripper, if only for the length of her hair.

I would have to say that half of them are former or future dancers while the rest just don't have the courage to strip.
A month ago I was at a club and I actually thought one of the bartenders looked better than most dancers that were on shift. In fact, if she was a dancer, she would've been my #2 choice. Luckily, my #1 choice was a dancer which I had plenty of fun with.

For me, it is a combination that goes something like 50% what the girl looks like, 25% what kind of moves she has and 25% what type of music she is dancing to.
I've gotten dances with girls that can easily compete for a title in national pole competitions, and their performance was very mechanical, and not worth getting dances from on future visits. I've gotten dances with girls that have little or no pole skills and they were among the best I've ever had.
I like a combination of both, but twerking usually get my motor running over pole tricks ay day.

I don't know of very many clubs that actually post dancer schedules on their official website. I have known a few clubs that may post a "who's here" on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc) at least once a night.
Often times they post to social media the names of most (not all) of the girls who are there, and will end the sentence with the phrase "and more". After all, if you don't see the name of your favorite dancer listed as being there, they want you to consider just blindly showing up at the club with the hopes that she may actually be there.
This has not been a factor in deciding whether I should go to the club. Over the years my favorites have had consistent schedules so I knew what nights they usually worked. If I wanted to see them, I would just go on a night that they would normally be scheduled to work.
When actually at the club, often times they don't announce the entire lineup when they do a review. Sometimes a girl is giving dances or in the VIP when the DJ does the roll call.
