I think the girls should be able to pick the songs or at least the style of music they dance to. One of the factors, though admittedly a minor one, in picking out girls to do lap dances with is that we have the same taste in music. I recently told a girl while she was up on stage that I always liked the song she was dancing to, "Where Is My Mind" by the Pixies. She smiled at me and said she asked the DJ to play that and then we did some lap dances together. That type of thing has happened with me several times over the years.

Charlie at Brad's Brass Flamingo in Indianapolis. One of the other strippers there told me one time Charlie had perfect boobies. When I told Charlie what she said, Charlie laughed.

I don't know the exact amounts but I was spending five thousand dollars a year. A couple years ago I cut my yearly spending in half down to twenty five hundred and number of club trips in half and I don't really miss the extra trips. With the money I'm saving, I no longer need to work any overtime at work and have more free time. Fewer club trips also give me more time. I never went to a strip club until I was 53 and felt I had some catching up to do but no longer feel like that and I can partially switch back over to other hobbies. The local clubs keep getting worse so that is another reason to cut back on spending in them.

Some women turn to stripping because they are desperate for money. I've thought about whether taking advantage of that by buying lap dances from them is immoral. I've decided it's not. Almost everyone works a job because they need money and I don't see why stripping is in a different category. The alternative to working a job is going on welfare and having others be forced to support you. Unlike many people, I think that is more immoral than being a stripper. I've always admired strippers because they are willing to work and support themselves.
What is true for stripping would be true for any other type of sex work. It's common for people to think illegal=immoral but there is no reason to think that. To me, someone is engaged in an immoral act if they are using force or fraud to gain a benefit. Two adults engaging in consensual behavior is not immoral.

I've run across a number of strippers over the years who charge extra for breast touching. They've all had short careers because that is considered part of a normal lap dance in local clubs. A girl who wants to charge more for what every other stripper is willing to include as part of the basic lap dance is at a competitive disadvantage. Many of the girls I've seen trying to squeeze extra money out of customers could have had long successful careers if they hadn't done that.

The Kinks are underrated here in the U.S. They were banned by the American Federation of Television and Recording Artists for unknown reasons in 1965 and were unable to tour here for four years. That hurt their popularity and record sales here in the United States. They had numerous top forty singles in Great Britain over that time period.

I had a strip club manager tell me one time that the problem with hiring black girls is not so much them as it is the friends, many of who cause trouble, that show up when the black strippers work there.

Diablo Cody wrote a book something like that: "Candy Girl".

I score above average on IQ tests but when I talk to people I don't feel like I'm smarter than them. Also, everyone has their areas of expertise. I talked to a car mechanic about my car last week and didn't understand most of what he was saying. I find when I talk to strippers they many times know things I don't. Also, some that are not highly educated have what is known as "street smarts". Many highly educated people have no common sense.

In addition to this being my favorite strip club website, this is my favorite political discussion website. My second favorite one is unz.com. They are both lightly moderated and you can read a variety of viewpoints, which I like. The only bad thing about unz.com is that they have some Nazi types there. It can get tiresome reading about how the Jews control everything, the Holocaust never happened and what a great guy Hitler was.
Those guys aren't here because I think the type of guy who goes to strip clubs and comments here is much more interested in having fun and enjoying life than rounding up the Jews. I like enjoying life and having fun too so I feel like I have a lot in common with the guys here.

I've worked for the army for forty years so I'm not anti-military. With a 29 trillion dollar and climbing national debt, though, our current level of federal spending is not sustainable. That includes military spending. Military spending should be focused on defense of our country rather than defending faraway places like the Ukraine or Taiwan. We can't continue to engage in foreign military adventures because we just can't afford it anymore.

I had it in June 2021. I was hospitalized for five days. I recovered really fast and after five days a doctor came into my hospital room and told me I didn't look sick so he was sending me home. A couple weeks later my personal doctor told me he was surprised when he looked at my lung x-rays and didn't see any lung damage.
I had worse after-effects when I got vaccinated a couple months later so I wouldn't lose my military job. This included nausea and chest pains that went away after about a month. An Israeli study showed that people who already had Covid had better immunity than those vaccinated so I probably didn't need the vaccine. The vaccines do appear to do a good job of reducing deaths so for people 65 and over who are in a high risk category they are probably a good idea.

My resolution: don't buy a cat. I had a cat and didn't get rid of it because I became attached to it but they are kind of a pain in the neck. One cat per life is enough.

There's a social stigma attached to stripping so that keeps a lot of pretty girls out of it. It used to just be conservative religious types who looked down on it but not there are a lot of liberal feminist types who do too. They think it is exploitive of women.
A lot of pretty girls think guys are too rude in strip clubs and quit. I've lost several pretty regulars that way. Not all do, though. I asked one regular about guys being rude and she said guys were just as rude when she worked in a restaurant.
In order to lure the more reluctant girls into the profession, they need to be able to make a high income. High spenders, though, are fewer now in many cities. Some were scared off by Covid. Some by increasing crime rates. Here in Indianapolis more clubs are checking for weapons or scanning ID cards at the door. Some have switched to more telework. I used to stop at clubs on the way home from work but work at home now so those stops no longer happen.

Here is my prediction for 2022. 2022 will be the year the chickens start to come home to roost and inflation accelerates. The government has been keeping interest rates low and printing money to pay its bills and that has led to inflation. The Fed will try to raise interest rates but it will be too little too late. If they raised interest rates to where it is needed then it would crash the stock market and the country would go into a depression. With high interest rates, the government couldn't pay the interest on the national debt. Both Trump and Biden supported the low interest rates and money printing so they are both idiots. We started with Washington, Adams, Jefferson and Madison and dropped way down from there. Look at the Lincoln-Douglas debates or the Kennedy-Nixon debates and then compare them to the Trump-Biden debates.
The strip club industry will continue its national decline. The majority of clubs are located in cities where people have been moving out of due to increasing crime and disruptive Covid lockdowns. Only states gaining population like Texas and Florida may have more strip club business. Even there it may not happen because there is a socially conservative segment of the ruling Republican party in those states which will try to increase restrictions on strip clubs.

Keep it in my pants when I do OTC. If I were a stripper it would stand for I like big bucks and I can not lie.
I used to go out to lunch with a young and pretty black woman at work. I never saw any signs of hostility from white females working in the restaurants we went to. One time, though, we were walking out to my car in the parking lot and a young black guy came up to her and started trying to talk to her and be friendly to her. I said something to her and he gave me an angry look. He thought I was interrupting his attempt. When she said something back to me, he got a surprised look on his face as he suddenly realized she was with me. It never occurred to him a white guy might be friends with a black woman. I'm not a racist and don't reject people as friends on the basis of race.

Indianapolis clubs have dropped from twenty to fourteen over the last dozen years. Of the fourteen remaining ones, only nine still have the same owner and name. There hasn't been a new club here for twenty five years. The city government has restricted new entrants by using zoning and licensing laws. Restricting new entrants initially benefits the existing clubs by restricting competition. In the long run, though, it hurts the industry as a whole. Poorly run clubs are not replaced by better run clubs and customers eventually tire of poorly run clubs and find another hobby.
Someone here once said they had been tracking the number of clubs listed here since 2008 and the total number for the country had declined by about 20%. I've talked to some long time strippers over the years and they said club business never completely recovered after the 2008 stock market crash and there has been a long slow decline since then.

I predict 2022 will not be as good as 2021 was for me. 2021 was a good year. In January I stormed the Capitol building but they never caught me. In May I had a serious fall but a woman saw it and drove me to the hospital. In June I survived Covid. In October a drunk started bothering me in a strip club but the security guys came over and threw him out of the club. At the end of December, I heard a record number of rappers were shot and killed in 2021 and I smiled and thought about how that would improve the music scene.

I never do extras in a club because of the std issue, though I have no quarrel with any guy who wants to. Everyone needs to make their own decision on that. There is only a very tiny risk from non-sexual contact like a lap dance. Back when AIDS first surfaced, Fauci frightened a lot of people by predicting it would break out into the general population and millions of heterosexuals would get it here in the U.S. That never happened. People should have learned from that to be at least a little skeptical of his prognostication skills but they didn't.

I played bass guitar in an Indiana punk rock band in the late seventies. One of the local musicians then was a guy who was a Bowie imitator. That didn't work in Indiana so he switched to more of a Springsteen imitator. He also changed his name from Johnny Cougar to John Cougar Mellencamp. That worked much better for him.
I had a friend in the early eighties who walked into a tiny club one time with about thirty people in it watching a band on the small stage. He asked someone what the name of the band was and they said they were called the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

I'm 65. There are two separate types of strippers. One type thinks old guys have more money, are more mature, and are more polite while young guys have no money, are immature and disrespectful. The other type think young guys are better looking and more fun while old guys are boring, gross and pervy. They don't wear signs saying which type they are so I just have to approach them and observe their reaction. If I get a good reaction I may very well turn them into regulars. There are a lot of new girls in clubs who don't like older customers but the experienced strippers who make a living at it are not picky. Since you are a young guy, those new girls may have a more positive reaction to you than they do to me.

My mother ran away from home when she was fourteen in 1948 and lived in Texas. She hitched a ride with a guy. He turned out to be an army guy. He talked my mother into not running away and then drove her back home. I'm happy my mother was lucky enough to run into this soldier and nothing bad happened to her.
