txtittyfan, I'm talking more about the questions like what Dudester mentioned. Reducing the repetition of those kind of q's is not going to put any kind of dent in discussion. I don't mean ALL q's that get oft-repeated. E.G. nothing about tastes in dancers would qualify. I'm thinking moreso for newbies.

Mostly I think it sucks that you're young enough to be able to explain away a stripper as a "childhood friend". ;-)
But mostly, I'd say you'd be better to ask her to move in with you and your wife. Every other day, FB comes up with a new way to violate our privacy. Even if she never went anywhere else on the web, FB friending her is a BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD IDEA !

"You missed the entire point" = "clarification"?

Silly me - it never occurred to me that "you missed the entire point" was merely a "clarification".

Ah, so "you missed the entire point" is a "clarification". Oh, that makes sense now.

An additional issue that exacerbates the problem of hearing the same ole names is that sometimes ex-strippers bequeath their name. One of my faves uses the same stage name that her aunt used when she stripped.

harrydave, channeling Wodehouse there with "niblick"? ;-)
pabloantonio: "Everyone here on this site knows what a LD is." -- Um, no, they don't. And that's why I raise the issue. Read through this thread ( http://www.tuscl.net/postread.php?PID=15636 ) and tell me that everyone has the same definition. I refuse to believe that THAT many people have such sh*tty reading comprehension skills.
Dudester, I'm not complaining, just observing. Some people aren't happy unless they are misinterpreting others.

"As I suspected, most of the comments miss the entire point of the question."
Then why the hell did you ask? If I wanna get yelled at for doing my best but not giving the "right" answer, I'll go back to parochial school.

In general, I would say that you should only do it if the dancers initiate. Because if they initiate, then it's a much better chance that they know what the hell they're doing in a 2-girl LD.

Too much opportunity for abuse. It's bad enough that we get shill reviews; let's not add shill stickies to the problem.

It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it.

vincemichaels: "go to a club where there is a feature entertainer, then"
I think you misread his OP. He said he wanted to see artistic dancing. I've never seen a feature entertainer that could dance her way out of a wet paper bag.
Good luck finding an artistic dancer in a SC. MAYBE if you find one over 35, she won't look at you like WTF? I'll second the notion of burlesque.

The LDs of one of my faves are 10x as good if it's a slow, sensual song. If it's "Purple Rain", they're 1000x better.

When you don't *expect* more than a business transaction, but *treat* it like more, that goes a long way with a lot of dancers. I gave my ATATF a little stuffed animal (that was apropos of some conversations we had). She walked around the entire club twice, showing it to every dancer she saw.

Had a dancer specifically request that I re-arrange to due north during a couch dance. Resulting grindage earned her two more.

My ATATF (the one who retired at the ripe old age of 23) danced at OGE, and she did exactly that several times, 10. I was always torn between the close-up and looking up at her face, as she has a great O-face.

@steve229, actually you give me an idea. Seeing as how this is a no-contact-no-how-no-way club, a VIP doesn't mean any extra commitment for the dancer, but would be private, so if she is self-conscious, maybe that'd help, too -- though I'd bring it up a lot smoother than that goof you cited. Extra ace up my sleeve.
And, yeah, I know that phasing out is "crazy talk". I think I just need a break to where I can appreciate naked boobies again. ;-)

Yeah, @gillydon, those are some of the reasons for me, too. Especially "cheating" (I don't consider looking but not boinking to be cheating) and health issues. How strongly you define "meaningful and real" might vary, though.
Other reasons:
* The dancer I was most interested in (for OTC) was half my age, though she didn't act it at all. Given her background/history though, it was clear that older guys like me were for LTRs, not just quickies, and neither of us was ready for that. I probably could've had a LTR with her one day (she rocked my world in a lot of ways), but not then, and she's since moved on.
* One dancer proposed it first, but she scared the hell outta me -- like the wildest rollercoaster ever -- a lot of fun, but you spend the whole time wondering if you'll survive. Maybe it's just because I'm old, but I can't get it up when I'm staring death in the face. ;-)
* I was just about to pull the trigger to ask one dancer when she told me about another regular customer who took his ball(s) and went home when he found out that she wouldn't do OTC with him. And her reasoning applied to me, too.

Just a fat, creepy old pervert.
False: http://www.snopes.com/politics/military/stabbedmarine.asp
Though mad propz that the idiot that it's based off of is from my state. The thing that tips you off first is that Marines would be too disciplined to use such overkill in a largely non-hostile situation. And in the rare event that they did do this, their superiors would be busting ass to cover it up.
