FAQ or Stickies ?

There are some questions that seem to get asked here over and over and over and over and over. Not that I want to hamper discussion, but I wonder if it might be a good idea to either have an FAQ (that could continue to be commented on) or "sticky" certain discussion topics.

There's FAQ for the site at the bottom of the page. There does need to be a recommended practices list-i.e. don't use a credit card, don't use their ATM, etc.

If the same questions did not get asked over and over, there would be very little discussion.

although many don't seem to mind, i think it's a good idea that could be tweaked a little. in other words maybe have a section that includes threads of often discussed/asked subjects.

txtittyfan, I'm talking more about the questions like what Dudester mentioned. Reducing the repetition of those kind of q's is not going to put any kind of dent in discussion. I don't mean ALL q's that get oft-repeated. E.G. nothing about tastes in dancers would qualify. I'm thinking moreso for newbies.
