Back in the 1990's, was one of those guys who went to a strip club only 2-3 times a year with only fifty bucks to spend. I made every penny count, so I don't look down on guys also on a budget. I'm grateful that I can dress for success and go in with a wad.
With that said, I've seen a lot of guys only on a budget recently.

Last June when I was in ABQ., I noticed the live music scene had also changed drastically-and not for the better. In the 1980's, there was at least 30 clubs where live music was going on and it was standing room only. Back then, bands were making 3k a night. My band drew twice that because we always sold out 4-7 days in advance.
Last June I found only two live music clubs and only a handful of customers in each. I looked into it and found out that the clubs heavily invested in hip hop-rap acts in the 1990's. The problem is that hip hop-rap acts have customers that don't spend money. By the time the clubs figured out that they had fucked up by throwing away the rock bands, the customers and bands had gone away.

I wonder if he would've followed her city to city if she wasn't a celeb.

sharkiee123, here's a weird idea, but worth exploring. You know how in the CSI shows, semen shows up under ultraviolet light ? Put a UV (black) bulb in your bedroom. Make sure that your windows block out any ambient light so that the UV bulb will be the only source of light in the room.
Then, while she's in the shower, get her bag (where she keeps her stripper costumes ), and see if anything "lights up".

What I find amusing is that a percentage of these sports fans are guys who are married and they will only see the inside of a strip club two or three times in their lives.

Pretty much the same thing happened to me a couple of times. Like you, I was confused as she didn't gain financially, so, what was her deal?
The only answer I can think of is for her to tell tale to her friends, spinning the story. "Some guy was drooling over me and just begging me for sex. He even offered me two thousand, but I'm not a tramp-of course I gave him a false number and stood him up."
Like the first season of Star Trek, a computer describing the working of a woman's mind: "What an amazing collection of contradictions."

One of my pet peeves-I'm out at a club. A hot young gal is shaking it on stage and some 18 year old (drug dealer) is making it rain on her while his mountain sized enforcer is staring down any guy looking at the stage.
Sometimes, I wish I could be out with my militia buddies so that the enforcer and his employer get taken outside and taught some manners.

It happens periodically. Usually the girls involved in this kind of thing:
A) Have a fake (or stolen) ID, or are using a older sister's/cousin's ID
and
B) They are full figured (B-C sized breasts), 5-4" to 6'0"
So it's not like 4'11" flat chested, puppy dog eyed, virginal, Pollyanna, complete with pigtails and a white dress, with pink polka dots, carrying a Barbie doll, is skipping around the stripper pole in her pinafores.
Often, an underage girl in a strip club is a runaway, or from a home where dad is an absentee drunk, mom couldn't give a shit, and "Uncle Fred" is "helping her out".

Being a frequent visitor to San Antonio, I'd prefer a SC near the downtown-river walk area. Agreed, the river walk is pretty much a "Disney" attraction-100% family friendly, but San Antonio does convention business and conventioneers like SC's. Houston has only done one or two SC raids a year the past five years or so and Houston's convention business is now almost 100% year round when just a decade ago conventions only happened sporadically during the year.

Train her to give lappers. It's the same with sex-we presume the other person knows their way around, but their prior lover didn't know anything.

Our schools are still on an agrarian schedule. This is why schools need to swing away from that and go 9a-5p and year round instead of following centuries old practices (i.e. Spring Break is meant for planting).

OTC Gal has five tatoos. She once asked me why I don't have any. I explained that I'm a frequent blood donor and it's more important to save lives than show the world how unimaginative you are. Still curious, she asked why I donated. I told her a heart breaking story about a six year old boy with leukemia. That ended the subject.

One year I was at Fantasy North (Houston) during the fall (fall forward) time change. Cut off for booze was 2 a.m., sharp, and the close time of 4:00 a.m. was also strictly observed as they didn't want TABC shutting them down.

The recent city (Houston) court victory means that strip clubs with an adjacent porn shop are no more as only one sex oriented business every third of a mile-given that the business is also a third of a mile from schools, playgrounds, day care centers, etc.
As for the theory of lower mileage-depends on the city. Houston Dolls was adjacent to a porn shop (now closed) and Dolls was often a bordello in disguise.
I haven't been to San Diego since 1985. With that said, the Body Shop is adjacent to Les Girls, adjacent to a large porn store. I never got a lapper there as the best you could get in the early 80's was a air dance from 4 to 5 feet away. I'm not going to pay 20 bucks to see what I can see onstage for free. The same went for the other SC's of the times-Roaring Twenties and Broadway (both now gone-bought out for real estate development).

Does it bother you if they have boyfriends/husbands?
OTC Gal's recent ex, whose jail status was uncertain, was a major player in the south side drug trade. I didn't know until I was four months into the relationship. The last two months of the relationship, when she was eratic, I think he was out and about. Luckily, I live in a lily white neighborhood and he'd stand out like an ink stain on a white shirt. Still, I was careful when going out to my car.

Dear Penthouse,
I had this really hot teacher this year in school. After receiving a layoff notice, she announced she was going to be stripping at "Fred's". This Friday night, with 200 dollars in birthday money, I went to Fred's. I was barely seated when the DJ announced the next dancer as "Candy". In a second,though, I recognized Ms. Smith.

Until very recently, I had a boss who loved to boast about how he was a Sergeant in Vice (and that he'd been a cop for 11 years-why quit at 11 ?). Finally, word got back to him that I'd remembered that in 1996 (when he "quit" to work for fed ex) that there was a major scandal in the vice division and all but one of the vice cops was forced to quit because they had been lying on reports.
They had been trying to shut down Ricks and Ricks had a camera in the VIP room that refuted all their reports. Ooops.
Even though he was making 75k at my workplace, bill collectors have been calling for him since he left. Might have something to do the jaguar he was driving and the teenage girl (not his daughter) that met him after work everyday.
