The only thing dancers hate more than a full pervert row... is an empty pervert row. There is no purpose to speaking to dancers because in the back room or at the IHOP with their dancer buddies, they will bad mouth you with a bigger smile than the smile they sweet talk you with.

This will be a problem for other Florida clubs. If not enforcing the ordinance allows this lawsuit to move forward, other municipalities will be forced to enforce their ordinances out of fear of negating the ordinance and/or encountering a tort action.
Perhaps the ordinance was made to deal with the political element. If it is a particular person, they probably are not going to the club to see all the ordinances are being enforced. If it is an organization, it may have died off a long time ago do to members moving out, members just satisfied an ordinance has been made, or the organization simply wilting out. Either way, they have no enforcement ability.
In other words, the usual of making people criminals instead of promoting freedom, but not really enforced.

Well, I was listening to John and Ken (KFI 640 LA) and they made a good point - there is right now a teacher in LA who spread his semen on cookies and fed it to kids that is getting less trouble than this teacher who did nothing illegal and the parents didn't care cuz no one showed up for the meeting! Then again, schools are throwing kids out for having aspirin these days...

Yes, I have given my ATF a few gifts. I think the most expensive was a $200 gold bracelet, but everything else was kinda gag or a T-shirt or such.

I agree with most posters - be careful. In my state they have these things called PIGS. I have no idea what it stands for, but what I do know is they are often illegal anything goes businesses. You pay for entrance and gain access to a "mall" of prostitution, gambling, and drug availability - and zero security (bouncers can be useful!)
I am not saying this is one of those places, but it could be.

I have noticed that too. Don't know to much about it so I don't have much to say about it. Strip clubs have never struck me as cat houses. I don't mind some peek-a-boo but I am not into "that other stuff." It is just people trying to make something simple into something more complicated for themselves.

Oh, I have heard all the shit about "open" marriages and relationships, but it ain't so open in the end. They should simply replace the word "open" with "temporary" because that is exactly what it will be.
