A good conversationalist allows asks questions. Shadowcat gets the prize for being direct. My specialty is massages (I learned a lot from a fili girl in Phoenix). So I usually start up and ask if it is OK. Never been turned down, although about 10% of girls are so up tight they can't appreciate it. About half the girls really like it. Ok, my bogus review (a work of fiction!) is now listed in the recent reviews, so it has been accepted. Troop. I'm looking forward to yours. Shadowcat, you are right. Then, there is the opposite effect. At a club in Columbus OH, I thought I had been pegged as LE, because every girl I spent time with was very pleasant and totally boring. Then about 6 weeks ago, I was let out of my secret cage, and since then I have had a string of girls get frisky, and my OTC possibilities are more than I can handle. I must have completed probation, eh?

DougS, one can only pity the other guys who get involved with that "scorching hot beauty".
But they are not all gold-diggers. Recently, I spent time with a girl at a club, and toward the end of the evening we agreed to go back to my hotel room. No request for money. As it turned out, it was real late by the time we got there, and she pretty much passed out. So, we did not have sex. Instead, I dumped her on the sidewalk outside her house (she's lives with family) 4 hours later, and she stumbled off.
Fast forward 2 weeks, I'm back in town and visit the same club. She is there and gives me a hero's welcome. We have a nice time at the club and agree to give OTC another try. So again it is late, she wants breakfast and we waste an hour at a diner while she wolfs down steak and eggs. Back to the hotel, and again she crashes. We sleep in a bit but I have to catch a plane. So no sex!
She has no cell phone. I give her my number. She calls a day later and we make plans to get together the next time I am in town. I'm thinking I have to get her out the club. So, Although I have not yet paid her anything for any OTC activity (the 2 sleep-overs!) I am going to suggest I just give her what she expects to make on a typical night (it's going to be less than $200) and we get an early start. LOL! We'll see.
So not every OTC girl is a ROB. Some just want a place to crash away from home!

I'm with GMD on this one. When you conspire with another person to break the rules (or break the law) you are under no moral obligation to help that person when they are punished, and you are not. However, it is better to be an empathetic person than an unfeeling bastard. My approach would be this: I would say, "Contact me if you find yourself in a bind. I may be able to help you." And leave it at that. Who knows, she may take this as a kick in the pants, swear off stripping, and embark on a new career. Or not. But, wait and see.

And for those interested in the fine points of what constitutes nude and semi nude:
(10) "Nudity," "nude," or "state of nudity" means the showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, vulva, anus, anal cleft, or cleavage with less than a fully opaque covering; or the showing of the female breasts with less than a fully opaque covering of any part of the nipple.
...
(12) "Seminude" or "state of seminudity" means a state of dress in which opaque clothing covers not more than the genitals, pubic region, and nipple of the female breast, as well as portions of the body covered by supporting straps or devices.
So if the girl is dressed in more than a thong and pasties, she is neither nude, nor semi-nude, and the no-touch provision do not apply. This explains why girls in some Ohio clubs are dressed in sexy, but covering clothes.
Also, not that both patrons and employees can be found guilty of inappropriate touching.

The applicable text is:
(C)(1) No patron who is not a member of the employee's immediate family shall knowingly touch any employee while that employee is nude or seminude or touch the clothing of any employee while that employee is nude or seminude.
(2) No employee who regularly appears nude or seminude on the premises of a sexually oriented business, while on the premises of that sexually oriented business and while nude or seminude, shall knowingly touch a patron who is not a member of the employee's immediate family or another employee who is not a member of the employee's immediate family or the clothing of a patron who is not a member of the employee's immediate family or another employee who is not a member of the employee's immediate family or allow a patron who is not a member of the employee's immediate family or another employee who is not a member of the employee's immediate family to touch the employee or the clothing of the employee.
(D) Whoever violates division (B) of this section is guilty of illegally operating a sexually oriented business, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(E) Whoever violates division (C) of this section is guilty of illegal sexually oriented activity in a sexually oriented business. If the offender touches a specified anatomical area of the patron or employee, or the clothing covering a specified anatomical area, a violation of division (C) of this section is a misdemeanor of the first degree. If the offender does not touch a specified anatomical area of the patron or employee, or the clothing covering a specified anatomical area, a violation of division (C) of this section is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
