I have seen porn star features in clubs a few times, never on purpose. I took those performances as an opportunity to cuddle with a regular girl, while the young bucks got all excited by the lighting and the over-sized boobs.

RD, nice article. I did a SC crawl through Providence a few years ago. I think I hit 4 clubs, and I came up with the same conclusion. It would be good to be a regular at a few of those places.

Worst dances I ever got were a 2 for 1 special in Columbus, OH. I actually cut the 2nd dance short. There was contact, but it was so mechanical, and I got so turned off, I started composing my TUSCL club review in my head while she labored on.
I would say the quality distribution of dances follows the bell curve. The vast majority are just OK, about 10% are bad, and 10% are addicting.

Arranging lunch, dinner or a 2AM snack with a dancer in Phoenix is easy. Step 1) Spend $100 on 10 lap dances with one girl you like, who seems to enjoy your company. Step 2) Ask her if she would like to take a break for lunch or dinner, or go out for a snack after the club closes. Step 3) She says yes or no. Lather, rinse, repeat. I did this all the time while I was a regular at Bandaids in Phoenix. I had a 75% hit rate. But then, I like the slim girls, who are normally so hungry the prospect of a good meal overcomes most objections.

My advice is to use the clubs as a place to find girls for OTC, but then make your arrangements directly. In one city I visited regularly, I had 3 or 4 girls willing to do a 2 to 3 hour session for $100-$150.

My favorite club in Phoenix had a mix of white, black, and Hispanic customers and dancers. The majority of the girls preferred the older white men, because they had the $$ and they were more respectful. The Hispanic men were often ignored, as they were on a low budget plan. And the black guys were regarded with some suspicion, as they would "make it rain" at the stage, but when it came to lap dances, they became miserly and mostly were trying to get free OTC action. I have had dozens of conversations with dancers about their customer preferences. They typically express them from a business perspective (how can I maximize profit). There could very well be underlying racist attitudes also, but that is not the primary consideration. Now, when it comes to club management, I have been to places where management is clearly discouraging black patronage (clothing rules, music rules, and bartender indifference).

I see you are new to TUSCL, so I hesitate to be too explicit, but I can offer some tips on Phoenix clubs. First, the majority are exactly as you have experienced so far, and Phoenix has a deserved reputation of being a good mileage town, but with limited opportunities for really high mileage in the the clubs. Also, Phoenix topless clubs are a good value, because the prevailing rate for a lap dance is only $10. The trade-off for that is the dances take place out in the open. Even in VIP, you are open to being viewed by management. There is a reason for this. The Phoenix law clearly states that management must be able to see every place in the club where there is interaction between customers and entertainers. Accordingly, there is (theoretically) no such thing as a private VIP in Phoenix.
Now, pretty good mileage can be had in Phoenix clubs, and by that I mean you can get dances that go well beyond the limits proscribed by law. In most cases, the high mileage dance consists of significant rubbing and grabbing through your pants, and you may be allowed to touch everywhere except the kitty. However, most clubs allow you to only touch the girl on her waist, arms, and legs - and if you go for the breasts, the bouncers may tell you to stop...and if you don't, you will get kicked out.
The clubs in Phoenix are fairly reviewed, so TUSCL is a good resource. Hiliter and Bourbon Street are highest rated for good reason - the combination of girl quality and contact. If the contact there does not satisfy you, you have two options: 1) go to an Asian massage parlor (!) or 2) try a few of the grittier clubs. For that experience, you could start with Bandaids. Girl quality is spotty, but contact potential is higher (I personally like the small bar atmosphere, and if you get tagged as a regular, mileage goes up, up, up). Then, if you still want to get closer to the gutter, try Blue Moon (all nude, no booze) or Mustang Sallys (topless and skanky). Honestly, contact with the "right" girl at these places can be very high, but if you have any sense of decency, you will leave the place wondering about your own depravity.
On the flip side, avoid the clubs in Scottsdale, Dream Palace in Tempe is truly a rip-off, and the Jack joints south of the Airport are for desperate perverts.

About 15 years (or more?) ago, I was on business trip to Orlando. We had a few hours to kill before my return flight, so the local office guy took me and a colleague to Thee Doll House. In retrospect, the place was pretty mild, but I did not know that at the time. The DJ announced some dance+hat special and a nice looking brunette sat down next to me and said hi. I leaned over to my host and asked, "What does she want?". He quickly explained lap dances. Three songs later I was the proud owner of a Dollhouse hat and a grin.

If you don't have the cash to spend in the club, then you certainly don't have the cash to spend on OTC. But if you enjoy her company, just go into the club and tell her you backed off on the OTC thing, but that you would like a couple of dances from her. Get two, thank her and pay her. Now you are back on an even footing.

Ever since the law changed in Ohio, big tits are out. Too difficult to keep covered with pasties, and too much risk they will make inadvertent contact with a customer and get the club in trouble. We've been telling guys for months now to travel to clubs in other States. I hear West Virginia is the place to score some pendulous mammaries now.

Just flagged a 10-10-10 review for a club in Ft Worth. Just gushing with praise. One characteristic of the shill reviews is that they often praise the club management. LOL! I don't know, in my experience, the managers tend to be dickheads.

I'm 5 hours drive from Dubai, where 87% of the population is foreign nationals. A veritable melting pot. The abbreviations go something like:
- fili (Philppines)
- PRC (Peoples Republic of China)
- Thai (duh)
- CIS (Russia, Ukraine)
- Stani (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan. Turkmenistan...)
- Paki (stan)
- African (south of the sahara)
Thankfully, they all speak the same language, fluently....$$.

Maybe he is low on testosterone. For me, it is not possible. Two nights ago, I walked out of a nightclub intent on going home alone. In the parking lot, I bump into a PRC girl I had seen 2 times before. We have a 5 minute conversation, she comes over, and stays the whole night. I am totally satisfied and think I should be good for a week. But what the heck. I go to the club again the next night convinced I am there for 2 drinks and the music only. Another PRC girl is there, one of my favorites, but I'm giving other guys a shot at her. I am Mr. Cool all around. At 1AM, I walk up to her with not a thought in my head (my big head anyway), and 30 seconds later we walk out together. She stays the whole night. Now, am I good for a few days? We shall see.

Everybody is a whore about something. People do things for money. I'm much more interested in whether a stripper lies (uh, pathologically), cheats, steals, does heroin, or bangs guys without protection. Whether she is a whore or not is a word game.
