We hobbyists talk about the issue of burnout all the time, a casualty of visiting too much. Working there? Yeah, female nudity would get as routine as doing your laundry or brushing your teeth. I don't think it's all it's cracked up to be. And being a manager has to be a thankless job. You catch hell from dancers, customers, owners, and of course....law enforcement. No thanks.

I'm always warry of police PR when it comes to raids on strip clubs, especially when they start using words and phrases that could mean anything. Many times vice will show up and not find what they're looking for, so they gotta do something to justify their visits. No drugs or prostitution? Bust em for not wearing pasties and call it a violation of the nudity ordinance. A customer gets a little upset since the action has stopped? Bust him for disturbing the peace, vulgarity and public intoxication. And of course the local media eat it up because they're building their station around YOU and OMG look what those evil strip clubs were doing!!!

The girls at my club are more likely to wear bikini tops than bras. But that can still be done sensually by just grabbing one string then pulling extra slowly until the tension gives way. That's always one of my favorite things to do.

It's probably just another race baiting thread/comment. You see them all the time on that other site. Predominantly concerning majority white clubs that may have a token black dancer or two.

My club has a 'couples night' where couples can come in with no cover charge. But most couples come in on the weekend nights. In my experience one of two things happen with female customers. They either get drunk and rowdy and then try to be a stripper, or they're gonna sit there with their arms folded across their chest giving death glares to their significant other the whole night.

I have a dancer and a former dancer on my friend list and I've never had a problem. My advice would be if she abuses the situation in any way drop her like a hot potato and block her just as quickly.

More supporting evidence that there really should be a test before you can become a parent.

The trend seems to be less exotic sounding nowadays. My club has a Jo, Nicole, Heather, Angela, and Lacy. My favorite stripper alias has to be Ginger, which you would think would belong to a petite red head girl with green eyes and freckles, but actually belongs to a full figured amazonian black woman.

When I was finally old enough to go to strip clubs in the summer of '94 the song Plush by Stone Temple Pilots got a lot of rotation. It still gets played from time to time at my local favorite club now and when it does it takes me back.

If it's the club I'm thinking about that incident happened back in October/November of last year. I know, I was there. The patron in question had a few too many, ran his mouth, and was subsequently handcuffed and led out. Bottom line is that patrons really don't have anything to worry about. Cops have to do these things every once in awhile to keep up appearances and to make it look to the general public like their actually doing something. Of course they slant the press release and say a dancer was violating the nudity statutes when in reality all that means is their nipples weren't covered by pasties. I could go on about pasties but that's another rant for another day.

It all goes back to operating within the boundaries of what a dancer will and will not allow. Always ask her what's ok, especially if you're in a club/region you're not familiar with. He should probably count his lucky stars he got arrested and not beat down by club security.

Sadly, many dancers don't have an exit strategy when they begin. The reality of the situation is that girls just can't dance forever. Time catches up with them all. Most make good money and have become accustomed to a lifestyle that can be supported by dancing. But when good looks start to fade they get into trouble. They can't quit and just go to work at Walmart or whatever and support that same lifestyle. Girls need to have a plan for what they want to do after dancing. Get an education, marry rich, whatever. I really hate to see dancers in the club that have held on for too long. Dr. Evil said it best when he said 'there's nothing more pathetic than an aging hipster.'

I like to people watch at my club almost as much as I like to watch the stage. Some girls head to the locker room religiously between private dances. To their credit though, my club keeps it on the warm side and it's not unusual for the girls to get a little sweaty during private couch dances. But yeah, sometimes I'll see a patron head to the restroom, come out a moment later, meet up with his favorite dancer and they proceed to the VIP, they'll stay back there about 20-30 minutes, they both emerge from VIP with patron making beeline to either the restroom or door, dancer making beeline to the locker room. People watching is fun. :)

It's not just this site. I've noticed that lots of other 'adult themed sites' are giving the option to share an article, embed a video. Really? I mean, really? NOT!

Country music is the shtick of a couple of dancers at my local club. One girl goes all out with boots, shorts that would make even Daisy Duke blush, a bandana bikini top she made herself and of course cowboy hat. In a club where the music switches from format to format she's actually one of the more popular dancers. I don't know if an entirely country music SC would succeed or not, even in the southern US. But as part of a multi-format club, it works.

Again, if you're a regular at a particular club you'll get a feel for which dancers are intentionally trying to get you off. Developing a rapport with one of these dancers helps too. If she knows you and is comfortable with it then cool. Take as many precautions as necessary to prevent as much leakage as possible. I typically tip extra if a dancer gets me there, lets her know that I'm likely to get more dances from her in the future and that going the extra mile will be rewarded.
