@joc13 - it really depends on where you go. I like to mix up my visits between "upscale" and hole-in-the-wall places. Since I'm solo I don;r have much trouble getting attention. But in the few times that i have seen couples during my excursions it seems that the more "upscale" a club appears to be, the better success the couple has at getting dancer attention. The divey high mileage dumps tend to ignore couples more. I assume its because most mongers come in for the UHM and the dancers figure a couple isn't going to be looking for that (especially the girl part of the couple) so why bother approaching them.

Better expect to approach any dancers that you are interested in because dancers tend to avoid couples, even in Vegas.

Most of them look great in the dark club, but I have seen more than my share of strippers under the unforgiving fluorescent lighting in the bathroom and YIKES - Some of them look like Bette Davis as Baby Jane in full light.
I wear minimal makeup myself, and prefer the women that I chase after to do the same.

I've met several TUSCLers over the years as well and they were all great people. Not sure why you're concerned? Meeting up in a stripclub, using either your real first name (or an alias if that makes you more comfortable) and chatting about our favorite hobby with someone that "gets it" and is an experienced clubber can be alot of fun. Beats the heck out of bringing your newb friends or coworkers who will no doubt do stupid things and embarrass the hell out of you!

"Loaned" a stripper $400 to get her busted tooth fixed. Said she'd pay me back. Never did, of course. Thought about punching her in the face and taking the new tooth that I paid for. Thought better of it.
