I've gotten them mainly from the club managers, and occasionally from the dancers. My work badge also gets me in free to the nude clubs during the daytime.
Nowadays I frequent my local clubs enough that they just let me in for free w/o any passes. Haven't decided yet if that's a good or bad thing!

Breaking in a new dancer is definitely a 50-50 crapshoot as to the quality of the dance(s)you'll get. The few times I've popped their cherry it was a bit awkward and far from sensual. They were all clumsy & unsure of themselves. Thankfully most go on to become much more skilled.
My fave encounters are getting LD's from the more experienced dancers who have never danced for a woman before. Those dances usually turn out quite steamy.

You'd think that posting about the need for good grooming should not be needed - it should be such a "duh" no-brainer. I'll think of this the next time I get a whiff of some assclown's BO that's bad enough to bring tears to my eyes and have me running out the door for some fresh air. It's happened more times than I can remember.

I can't tell you how many times dancers have commented that they appreciated my very soft gentle woman-touch, especially after being mauled all day by overly-rough guys who pretty much don't know the first thing about how to touch a woman.

I once tried out a "guy" salon that had young cute women as stylists, with beer & Penthouse on hand, and ESPN on all the TV's (unfortunately, the girls weren't topless).
It was definitely a different environment than I'm used to. They also weren't used to women with long hair coming in, so they didn't know what to charge me for a trim - so we settled on $40.
The haircut was just average, and I haven't gone back. It might be worth another visit just for the atmosphere alone.

I always go with the intention of getting dances. But the mileage factor will vary greatly depending upon which club I'm at and which dancers are working.
The only reason I wouldn't be getting any dances is if I have no cash on me, in which case I wouldn't be in the club in the first place.

I dunno. That's weird. With the economy still so crappy, IMO dancers are more desperate and willing to approach just about anybody nowadays. It's hard to believe that anyone forking out decent coin to these women will be completely ignored the next time they visit. All I know is that in the clubs I frequent, once you start spending any kind of cash on a dancer you'll never get rid of her the next time you walk into that club. It can become a real headache if you're not interested in making her your new ATF, and just want to play the field. I guess it would be the exact opposite problem from what the OP has.
Riv- I know you wrote that you're not creepy or stalking or anything.....but are you sure that you aren't giving off some kind of vibe that is turning the dancers off?
